I know the US drinking age is 21, and I figured that if I, as an Australian who is legal to drink in Australia, would be underage in US, but one of my friends said she showed her AU drivers license and because she is legal in her home country, she is legal in the US, even though she's only 18. Like, in films, we align with the 'hero', the 'good', vs the 'evil', and look up to the sole leader. But, we feel that we cannot be like that, and so, even though 'good' does exist, its very limited and individual. So, I guess what i'm trying to ask is, do you believe that films do down grade our ability to believe in ourselves?
