consider this racist or not, but i think canada is letting way to many foreign people in as of recently. i live in alberta and within the past few years its become a horribly foreign place to live, to the point where white/euro/english speaking people are the minority. what gets me is not the fact that they are foreign but simply the entitlement/ignorance/arrogance of these people. they act as if they are the most important/entitled people in the city and that canadian mannerism and politeness as well as speaking english is no big deal. if it were vice versa we wouldnt be able to get by without being a pariah in some sense, but we are expected to except this as everyday life. im talking middle easterners, asians and africans. i say those 3 groups simply because of the way they expect sensitivity to there way of life when they arrive here, when canada is not a country from there area. is not an issue or am i just wrong?

i live in a downtown neighborhood (not a "bad" one either). there are 2 guys who walk around my block and close surrounding blocks, numerous times during the day (not simultaneously, nor are they related in anyway beside their constant shouting). anyways, they roam around alone and when i am out on my balcony having a cigarette during the evening or even at night, as well as in the morning when i am walking to catch my bus for work (no set schedule for them, i've just stumbled across them many times during daily activities) they are constanly shouting to themselves, i can understand one guys words 100%, tho they are nonsensical. on the other hand i can only understand a few words here and there of the other guy. they both stop when someone walks by/is near them but continue after. what is the explanation?

Today at work a plumber was working near me. I heard a thud and an almost choking noise. I looked up to see him convulsing on the floor. He had a giant gash on His face (he hit his head on some scaffolding) after about a minute of that he proceded to stop breathing. My question is, was that a result of an epileptic seizure or was his injury enough to cause a seizure. I know this is a very vague question, but i am trying to make sense of what happened as i was the only person in the vicinity at the time and was the only one there screaming for an ambulance and it somewhat frightened me as i was the only person that his life was dependent on at that moment. Please no trolling right now. Also im unsure as to whether he hit his head first or after. But does epilepsy cause a cessation of breathing

i was arrested 3 years ago in wetaskiwin, alberta. i was charged with possession under 30 grams for being caught with a gram of pot, at my court date the barrister/solicitor/prosecutor told me that if i completed 25 hours of community service by september 15, 2009 my charges would be dropped. i completed my com-serv in a timely fashion and was well under the deadline. basically i did everything they said. I'm just wondering does the charge hinder my chances of travelling to the united states or abroad simply because i was charged and the charges are there? or am i all good to travel to the states. am i going to come across problems at any time? answer every question please
