2 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoWhy is my hair falling out?
I eat pretty healthy. I get lots of fruits and veggies in my diet. Since I noticed the hair issue I've been taking Iron, a multivitamin, calcium, and eating more protein.(for a week since I noticed my hair falling out) My hair is still falling out in full strands. Would it be because I haven't been getting enough protein?
I'm a vegetarian but I eat fish, eggs, beans, rice, and nuts to get protein. I slipped up for about 3 weeks because of finals and stress and didn't eat much protein. I'm really upset about my hair falling out. Would it be because of my diet or because of stress? I've been under a lot of pressure with school(I'm a chemistry major), political internships, painting, and work. I have a relatively healthy lifestyle otherwise. Please help me!
