I went through an old storage unit and found old letters, postcards, etc. I took them thinking they might be fun to read. As I started reading I realized they were written to U.S. Senator. I was able to wiki him and found that he was a democrat and had been Governor etc. There are even several negatives of photos of him and his wife. Where or who would I go or talk to about possible value? And no, eBay isn't helping. I could list there, but would like to know just how rare something like that is! Thank you.

I have been having hormone issues so I went to my doctor. She ran blood work for the hormones but decided to have an ultrasound done of my uterus and ovaries to be sure everything was working as it should. I have had five children, and with the last one had complications leading to a partial hysterectomy where they just took part of the uterus. The results came back that I had a large "mass" on my left ovary. 8cm. across. My doctor is saying there is a huge chance that it is ovarian cancer. I am scheduled for an MRI tomorrow to confirm. I have spent hours pouring over the information on the net and everything I find says that there are symptoms such as full feelings, bloating, pain, frequent urination...etc. I have NO symptoms whatsoever. No abdominal pain, I'm not tired....etc. I have also read about how ultrasounds can't possibly tell if something is cancer and that MRI's can't really either. So I guess the question is, what do you think the chances are that something that large is cancer and there are no symptoms? Also if I have the MRI and they still say cancer, do I believe that or is that still inconclusive? I would really like answers from health care professionals or women who have gone through this, not someone who has googled it.

My husband has seizures anytime hes around strobe lights. This normally wouldn't be an issue, but we live in a town where there are tons of shows and we never know if they are going to use strobes or not. Is there anything he can wear that might cancel out the effect of the strobes?

Ok, I know that the 925 mark in a ring means 92.5% silver in the item. I purchased a ring recently and the site called it S80 silver. I asked what that meant and he said it contained 80% silver. I was fine with that and got the item, but it is marked 925 on the inside of the band. Now I am confused...can the 925 mark mean something other than the 92.5%?

Ok, I don't remember a lot here but will give what details I remember of the character. He is an older male around the 40-50 range. White, dressed in a green beret outfit. During the movie he get's the bridge of his nose cut and wears a bandage. The movie has something to do with zombies or aliens or something like that. He isn't the main character, but more of an annoying character to the main one. He resembles Dennis Hopper quite a bit. Any guesses even would be appriciated as I just can't get my brain to remember what movie or who he is! Thanks.

Ok, all over a friends facebook page it says I love you, R.I.P. NTB. I have seen this on others as well, so I know it isn't intials of the person or the posting person, so what does the NTB mean??

Ok, trying to remember a show I watched as a kid in the early 80's. (The show itself could be from the 70's) All I remember is a bunch of people who danced around and stuff and the main guy had this little hand held TV that looked like a travel alarm clock. When he opened it up, they all gathered around to watch a cartoon on it. The screen would then zoom in to the little tv and you got to watch the cartoon. Anyone have any idea what show this was? I have googled my brains out, but just don't have enough info I guess! Thanks!

I have an odd question, but need this answered. I have a neighbor woman who thinks of herself as the neighborhood humane society. I had a calico cat that had wondered onto my property as a stray and we took her in. She dissapeared for about a week and then came back, so we didn't think much of it. We took her in to get her fixed and the doctor called later that day with some odd news. She had already been fixed and the surgery was recent. We were pretty perplexed, but found out later that the neighbor had picked her up and taken her to the vet without our knowledge. She felt we should be thanking her for paying for the surgery. I was actually rather mad. It was not her place to that, but since the cat had been a stray and I was getting her fixed anyway, I let it go.

Now I was sitting here at my desk with my window open and the neighbor walked by with another woman. She was pointing to my pregnant cat who was sunning herself on the porch and talking about picking her up and "taking care of" the unwanted kittens! I am beyond furious at this point. I need to know if it is illegal to do what she is doing? Taking someones pet and getting them operated on without the owners knowledge or consent? Any help would sure be great.

I want to add that I am not an irresponsible pet owner. I am all for pet population control, but this female that I have now, was allowed to get pregnant for certain traits. We have people in line for kittens, so they are anything but unwanted.

My husband has taken up the hobby of chainmaile weaving and has trouble finding the right kind of wire to make his rings around here. This got my mind to thinking back to when this art was first discovered. How did the crafters in ancient times get the wire to make the rings? Did they forge it themselves somehow? I have tried googling it and found some great sites on the history of the art, but nothing that answers where the wire came from! Thanks

Under planting information it gives the details....Light-full sun..spacing-6in....size-2year...etc. I understand all the other parts, but does the size 2year, mean it won't reach maturity for two years or will it not bear fruit for two years or something else?? Thanks!

Was watching Star Trek Voyager and I got to wondering about the holo deck. First...is it actual projections or is it in their minds? Assuming it is actually projected what keeps them from walking into walls as the room isn't very big? If something physical happens to you while your there...does it actually happen to you? (I mean things like getting cut or having intercourse. Would you show signs of having been with someone when you left?)Also if you eat or drink while in the holo deck is it real food or just an illusion? Could you get drunk if you drank alcohol there? Any other info would be appricated. I know it isn't real but interesting anyway and I know there has to be some trekkies out there that have all of it figured out! Thanks

I want to use some hedge apples in my home for insect purposes, but I have pet rats. Will having the fruit sitting around bother them?

I have been having a lot of trouble lately running apps on facebook. Namely Frontierville. The page loads, my farm is there, it might let me click on one or two things, then it freezes and eventually says that the page is not responding. I do a control alt delete and it shows that internet explorer is using 100% of the cpu memory and over 400,000k . I have not done anything new to the comp in the last week and have always been able to play it just fine. Any ideas on what I can do? No one else seems to be having this same problem so I don't think it is just the app itself. Thanks!

I am not sure what it is called, but I used to be in a mailing group where we would make these little books/cards. We decorated them with stickers and whatever art stuff we had, then we would put something about ourselves, maybe put in a short questionarre for the next person and our address. Then we would mail it to someone else in the group, they would answer the questions, decorate thier page, maybe tell about themselves and send it on, etc. Eventually it would come back to the starter of it and they would get to read and see the finished book. It was a lot fun and I would love to get back in it, but does anyone know if they still exist and if so how to join up! Thanks.

My family has always made some stuff called dill gravy. My grandmother passed on and with her went the recipe since she had it memorized. I have tried googling it, but get the wrong "dill gravy" recipies. I know it takes cream, scrambled eggs and vinegar. I just don't know the amounts. If anyone has this recipe or can find it, please post! Thanks a ton.
