My favourite kicks are the spinning heel kick and the jumping scissor kick.

The spinning hook kick is awesome and not many people see that one coming. In a street fight, so many people want to come into you swinging. But the spinning hook kick, especially to the jaw or temple, usually stops them before they have that chance.

As for the jumping scissor kick, it's simple yet powerful and effective when done right. The leg acts as a natural barrier between you and your opponent and a jumping scissor kick to the chest or chin can carry enough force to drop any guy of any size.

About weight training:

I'd say it's drunk sex because sometimes it's hard to get 'it' up. The bad thing about tired sex is that you either get a stitch or you get light headed quite quickly. But if you can't get it up... for me, that's so not nice.

So, there was a time when my biceps femoris were really sore from squatting. So, the next day I ate loads of sugary stuff until I felt like sleeping. When I woke up, my legs felt much better. Now, I know that sugar causes our bodies to release insulin, the insulin causes the sugar to be stored as fat and when we sleep we release HGH which helps metabolise the fat... but could this release of HGH be what caused me to recover faster?

I was drinking coffee and eating garlic together. The weird thing is, normally garlic has this bitter taste when bitten into but when I bit into the garlic with coffee in my mouth, the taste wasn't really that bitter... and my breath didn't smell so bad. Another weird thing is that the garlic seems to amplify the effects of coffee. What type of chemical reactions are going on here?
