Recently he bought her a new laptop computer. Now they are breaking up and he says that he wants the computer back. He says that he only bought it for her to use in college and now she is not going so he wants it back. We have the box and the paperwork but we dont know whether he has the receipt or not? He says he is going to the couthouse tomorrow? What are the chances he will be able to take it from her? I don't really want to go to court to fight it but I believe my daughter deserves to keep it as he broke hers in the first place and bought her this one? Should I file any paperwork first(its about an $800 dollar computer)

I HAVE HAD A YAHOO ACCOUNT FOR A LONG TIME AND ALL OF THE SUDDEN I AM NOT GETTING ANY PERSONAL MAIL FROM FRIENDS ALLTHOUGH THEY SAY THEY ARE SENDING DAILY MESSAGES. ALL I GET IS MY JUNK MAIL...OPERATOR ERROR OR MESSED UP EMAIL ACOOUNT? I CAN'T SEEM TO FIGURE IT OUT AS IT LOOKS DIFFERENT ALSO..DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO TRY??

I know someone who is working as a busser in a restaraunt in Arizona and is only getting paid tips and not a wage. These tips are not even amounting to a minimum wage but about $5 hr.which I think the owner shouldn't be able to do this. Arizona is a right to work state but we do have a min wage of around $7.45. I would appreciate any opinion/feedback on this and maybe an idea of what can be done.The person lives in a small town andthe owner knows there are few jobs. I believe he is taking advantage of this fact

We cannot afford even the cheapest online programs as I spent what money I had on doctor bills..going back to the same school is not an option and we live too far from any other schools. I would like to know if there are any free online programs available in arizona. I have searched the internet but am getting nowhere. I work full time but we only have one income and are probably considered low income? Any help would be greatly appreciated..

My daughter was assaulted in school and it was all caught on video tape. We have pressed charges with the sheriffs dept and both her and my daughter were suspended..since the principle reviewed the tape she lifted my daughters suspension. At other local schools the girl would have been instantly expelled..are charter schools different? The attack was quick and brutal and my daughter never fought back
