So I'm in the market for a fedora since I'm going to this hipster party and I need to look fly, and since you guys are the undisputed fedora experts for the past 2-3 years or so I thought I'd ask you.

I rejected those answers. I chose the impossible. I chose...

I don't get it. Some say they want their child to stand out but in the end they only get humiliated later down the road until they can get their name changed. Then people say that they want to mangle a more commonly used name to make some sort of statement like a tribute to a dead relative or whatever, but again their children are the ones that have to deal with their parents' stupid mistake.

I wonder what truly motivates parents to come up with these kinds of names like Dmiracle, Beautyful, Ikea, Money, Shady, Stony, North, Apple, etc. and why it is so prevalent only within the past decade or so.

So there's this girl I've been taking around the town I live in just to show her around and stuff, with just the two of us. My last little excursion ended up with us getting ice cream and stuff, and she seemed to really like it. So I decided to ask her out on the way home, just to a nice dinner place with food she likes. She emphatically said yes to this, but then around the time we get to her house (a good 15 minutes or so later) she said she wanted to invite some friends as well. Now I'm a bit confused here. Did she just decide to friendzone me? Because turning a date into a dinner with friends really seems like it to me...what should I do?

Also she is an exchange student from Japan. I've dated girls from Japan before but never got this response. I've heard shy girls from Japan can be really reserved around guys they like, even going so far to avoid them, but again I've never encountered this before, even in my last relationship which lasted a good 9 months.

Why do religious people have to try to force atheists to believe in their values? It isn't nice, it isn't an act of kindness. We just want to be left alone.

List some ways we can end all the world's problems and truly live in harmony.

Also, don't say answers like "we can't" or "it's impossible," those are copout answers.

I keep hearing all these gruesome stories of arrows to the knee and I'm really wondering why the hell U.S. defense contractors aren't making better kneeplates. Screw vital areas, the terrorists are tearing apart America's finest with flying arrows straight to the kneecap. You ever take a blow to the kneecap? It doesn't feel great, does it?

So please, listen to my plea. I used to be an adventurer like you, but then I took an arrow to the knee. Would you want your children to take arrows to the knee?

I re-watched Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei the other day and found this quote written on the chalkboard and wanted to test the validity of it. I have a sneaking suspicion that it's not entirely accurate, but it never hurts to double check.
