I will probably get slammed for this, but that's o.k. as long as someone can give me a good answer. I came home from a trip to my husband telling me that he has mated our 3 and a half year old Collie, with another Collie. Lets get this out of the way. I will not consider having them aborted. So now my question is how do I make sure that the people getting the puppies are going to be the best owners they can possible be? I would personally love to keep them all but right now I can't. I am so afraid that they might go to bad owners. Also if you get a bad feeling about a person how do you tactfully tell them no way you can't even touch the puppies? O.K. O.K. I get it, to all those who are slamming me. I am a bad pet owner. Even though I was not even home and I had no knowledge of this happening I am a bad pet owner. I should have had her fixed by now. I am a bad pet owner. I don't love this dog so much that I forgo doctor visits so she can get her heart worm meds., forgo fixing my car so she can go for her yearly check up. Forgo buying my much needed clothes for work to buy all the grooming supplies that a collie needs along with the tools to keep my home and furniture almost dog hair free, because lets face it I am a bad pet owner letting my dog living in this tiny house with me, not outside in the weather where the elements will shorten her life span. So believe me after this is all said and done I will go raid parking lots for pennies and the side of the road for cans just so I can have her fixed, never mind that it is over a hundred degrees now and our central unit and dryer and oven doesn't work. So think of me as the bad pet owner if you want, but I am trying and that's a lot more than some would do. For everyone else I am sorry I got on my soapbox.

I got a netherland dwarf last week. I was told it was a girl ( I am new to owning bunnies). Well throughout this week we have snuggled and played together, but the other day as I was sitting at the computer with my bunny beside me she got up hopped on me and proceeded to pee on me! She does this a few times a day, I am now scared to let her in my lap for fear of being peed on. The clothes are piling up from having to change two and three times a day. I don't shout or anything when this happens, I calmly pick up my bunny and move her then go change. Any thoughts on my she may be doing this. O I have no idea how old she is, she was given to me and they forgot to ask. They said she is a young rabbit though if that helps.

My pom wendy was in heat at the first of this month I took my daughter on a outing and left her with my husband with instructions not to let her out she was in her breeding stage I thought. I get back and he tells me she ran off and he could not find her for a hour. Now three weeks later her boobs are getting hard. She has what is like knots under her nipples. Not the top two but all the rest. I do know in pregnant dogs sometimes they don't get milk in the top teats. She is also so more loving and wants to be up my behind. She is only nine months old. So could this just be a change of temperament? And for all you breeder nuts I know ideally dogs should not be breed until they are 18-24 months and if she would have learned to listen along with my husband that is when she would be getting breed but s**t happens so just tell me if you think she might be or not and don't get on a soap box about it. Oh and for those people who are going to scream "take her to the vet" Take a second a realize what time of year it is. I also just took in my sister and her 2 month old so there is not money for the vet right now. So don't get on a soapbox about that either. I just need to know if poms change like this or if she may be pregnant.

I need a new central heating and air system installed my old one is about ten years old and needs another repair. This time I think its the fan cold air is coming up through the vents but its not cooling my home and it doesn't stay on very long. So I was wondering about how much a new unit would be for a 1000 +/- sq foot home in the south would cost?

Hey Everyone I have searched past threads but couldn't find what I was looking for so here is my problem. I have a 1995 Infiniti g20 It has a battery that is about 2 months old I just had the alternator replaced today and have had no problems out of the starter. My Husband left and got somewhere and the doors locked automatically. He reached his hand in the window and unlock the door manually when he tried to start the car it won't do anything he said. nothing nada zip baby. He has tried relocking the doors then unlocking them. He has tried to shifting the car out of park and back in to park. He took the battery out and put it in another car the battery crank that car. What do we do. PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME>
