my name is frank and i have depression. lately iv been thinking about death and how i do not want to die. you see i am also an atheist and as an atheist i don't believe in heaven or hell. because of this i began to get scared on the fact that i dont know whats after death. i guess im afraid of the unknown. so my question is, how can i get over this fear?

Ok so its been a few months since i broke up with my gf.. Im 23 been with a few girls but she was different.. She was the first girl i ever told i loved.. And it was true. Well things went sour and i broke it off.. Didnt end very well and now she hates the ground i stand on.. Im pritty sure its irreparable altho i woulda wanted to be friends. So my question is..
