What should I do for my birthday?

I'm turning fourteen and I want to do something for my birthday but not a party. I'm going into 9th grade at a private high school but I went to public middle school. During summer PE at my new school I made a lot of friends but like I don't know them well enough to have them spend my birthday with me then my friends from middle school I don't want to have a party with because they're kind of annoying and immature and there's always drama with them so I'm trying to get away from them kind of lol. I just want to do something with my family or maybe with one friend. I love doing adventurous things - I've been ziplining and parasailing. I live in Orlando so I go to all the theme parks and love rollercoasters too. But my family doesn't like really thrilling rides so I don't want to go to a theme park. Is there something adventurous like ziplining or parasailing that I could do? Because my family will do that. But I'm not going skydiving I'm scared of that lol. I also love shopping, music, all the regular teen girl stuff haha. So if anyone has any ideas of fun things I could do for my birthday without having a party please let me know! Also ideas of cool presents I could ask for my birthday would be appreciated too! :)

My Twitter got suspended for no freaking reason and now I can't get it back. Because I forgot what email I used to make the account and I have like a million email accounts. I don't even remember all of them. Does Twitter have like a number you can call for help? Or like an email address you can email? Because I can't seem to find one. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :)

It's my uniform shirt for the new school I'm starting at this year - it's a white polo with the school's emblem in the top right corner. It's made out of 60% cotton and 40% polyester. I already washed it in the washing machine once in hot water then dried it in the dryer on normal setting. It shrunk a bit but I want it to shrink a little more. I think it was being washed and dried with other things but idk for sure because my mom actually did it. Is there any way to make it shrink a little more? Like maybe doing the hottest washer and dryer setting and only having the shirt inside with nothing else? Any answers would be greatly appreciated! :)

I think it's either #Ask1D or #1DTOURUSA but idk which one it is. Also, do you have to tag their @onedirection Twitter account in it too or just do the hashtag? and I know they choose their favorites and stuff but like what time do they look at them? Because I don't know if should send my questions in an hour before or five hours before or thirty minutes before like idk. So if anyone could answer my questions that would be great!! For the concert I'm wearing this shirt that I got online it's a gradient blue and white tank top and it has Niall's signature on it then below that it says Niall Horan. I want to be more outgoing I mean in middle school I was kind of cool but not super popular or anything. I was always afraid to speak my mind because I was afraid of what people would think. But now I want to be really outgoing. I won't know anyone at my high school because everyone is continuing in public school except these two guys from my middle school are going to this private school but I barely know them. Then I have one friend that I did theater with out of school and she's a really popular cheerleader but she's in the grade above me so when I'll be a freshman this fall shell be a sophomore. I'm taking summer PE because I don't want to do it during the year and if you take it in the summer you only have to do it for a week. My friend in the grade above me says like everyone does that and that when she did it although she came from another private school and already knew people she made a lot of new friends during summer PE. But like I've never had to make friend's totally alone like I have always had an old friend to lean on so I need tips on how to do that. I want to be nice to everyone and become popular but idk how to like start a conversation like I want to be funny and. It just make boring small talk because that's stupid. Also I don't do Facebook or any other social networking. I used to, but I got too addicted and it affecte my grades. I'm smart but because I got distracted this year I made mixed A's B's and C's when I use to get straight A's. Classes will be harder in high school so I need tips on how to study and do homework but still have a life. But anyways back to the social networking I need tips on how to still know what's going on in the school's social circle and all the gossip even though I don't do social networking. Because I feel like I'll be uncool or feel left out because I don't have one but I really don't want to get one again because I didn't even enjoy it towards the end it just got stressful so I deleted it. So yeah I just need tips on how to survive without that. I have an iPhone though so I mean I can email, call, and text. I also have a MacBook. Lastly I need tips on cute hairstyles, how to do natural looking makeup but still make sure people know you have it on, and I already dress pretty cute and trendy I think but it won't even matter during the week since we have a uniform. I have straight auburn hair that goes downs little past my armpits and I don't have bangs or anything so yeah it's pretty long. One more thig haha. I need tips not only how to make new friends but how to talk to guys. In middle school I didn't have many guy friends because I get really shy around them and I do not know how to flirt. I had one little realtationship in 5th grade lololol and we didn't kiss so that doesn't even count. I'm not into drugs or drinking because I do care about being cool but I also want to be successful in life and have a good job so yeah that's not my thing. Also at my 8th grade party everyone was like grinding and I mean a part of me wanted to but I don't wan to be a slut plus I don't even know how... I'm a really bad dancer haha but I want to learn how be good. I want to get involved in a lot of things other than acting and singing which I already do. I want to join lots of the clubs and maybe try a sport but still be girly. I'm not very athletic though haha that's why I'm scared for summer PE because I don't want to look stupid. I don't even excersize because I have a fast metabolism and I'm naturally really skinny. Like I can barely fit into double zero jeans and when I do they'll be too short because I'm 5'5. Like its annoying haha and I'm so flat-chested. But anyways I want to try out for cheerleading but I have no idea how to do stunts or cheer. Lol I probably slid like I have no good qualities lol I do I just really need to improve my overall self in high school. Since I won't know like anyone I feel like I have a clean slate but also it's going to be hard especially in the beginning. Anyways, no hate please.
