There is a camera in my desk top mac that I use for skype. I need to make a video talking of myself to upload online.

How do I do that please?

I fell asleep watching it.

I am in extreme pain constantly. The pain and condition is getting worse. I was not insured and have no family support so have a bleak outlook.

I wanted to work part-time but the people where I live are backward rednecks , discriminated against me and stuffed my reputation because even with a disability I was more efficient and professional which they hated so they slandered me., I have been treated like sh it here ( need resources to move somewhere that people are decent and encouraging.)

I therefore have enemies not support here. Maybe one decent person I know.

MY question after background info its there to help peole see I have tried REALLY hard to beat this.

I need help though dont trust doctors since they have abused, humiliated and tortured me. I have not reported them as I am afraid to in case they make my life even more unbearable. When you speak truth nowdays it is twisted to make out the speaker of truth is a nutcase. It is not nuts to want respect, dignity and decency.

I have tried gentle exercise, walking on the flat ground. I went through unbearable pain. I could barely walk back. I am lucky I can walk at all.

Having no support at all and just traumatised by sub-humans that were supposed to be decent has made me 10000000000000 times worse.

The pain is only relieved if I rest. But where will that get me.

I am trying not to give up.

I will not use any product tested on animals.

I want to know if there are any skincare products that do not torture animals. Thank you.

I have been using a lot of brands that are tested on animals and now am awake will stop immiediately.

My cats like to try new things, if I leave a glass of iced herbal tea unattended they will drink half the cup. They like tahini and toasted breads. I love them like my babies and will give them what is best for them, but hate buying meat products. Even if it took many years and a teaspoon or two a day its worth a try, if the foods themselves benefit the fur children and I would never expect to do this as a sudden change. I have heard some people have had a lot of success, and the cats are in good health.

Couldn't eat all my tea last night and wondered if the rice is okay the next day and is coconut milk okay used on the third day after opening if kept in a sealed container in the fridge. Thanks

I have camellias, native Tasmanian laurels and a Rhodedendron that I had where they got too much sun. I thought they were just loosing flowers for the change of season but the plants have all suddenly died. I dont know if there is a chance to do a prune? Any advice or are they had it. A real shame, they were so beautiful, I moved to a drier area, and they were drying out very rapidly, despite watering. I have moved them to a protected area and increased watering but I dont know if there is any hope for them.

I found a friend from years ago and we were writing to each other everyday. After I told him I am an artist and a christian, (just not a religious churchgoing one) he never wrote back. I have moved to a new area and was hoping to make some friends. I wonder if I should write again or why he would stop. He used to really like me and we started off writing every day. I feel sad he stopped.

I have 2 affectionate cats that love to cuddle each other and groom eachother.

They lick the back if eachothers heads.

I am worried about putting on frontline as I dont want the two to injest the chemicals,. We are always altogether as a family and they would cry if I separated them. They are young cats between 1.5 and 3 years old so they are sensitive for love and attention.

I am seeking answers from people who have a knowledge of holistic health and an awareness of the dangers of conventional medicine.

I am not here to debate whether traditional medicine is ethical; just see if people have opinions on safe ways to care for their pets in the protection from fleas, and ticks .

My cats are in excellent health and I put their health first. I am concerned about a lot of the advice we are given and find these chemicals very powerful. The cat seems unwell for the first 24 hours, after initial application. Just lethargic, loss of appetite, less responsive.

Or alternatively as a nanny , if they have experience.

I want to get work and am considering travelling overseas as I want to see the culture of Paris and Italy but I would want to work there, to afford a life there for awhile. I am a vegan.

I recently had a blood test and am only deficient in vitamin D since I live in a cold area that does not get much sun.

Due to animal cruelty I never eat dairy, or meat.

I would eat dairy if I knew the animals were okay, since I love cheese.

I try to avoid buying animal products, leather, wool.

I want to be healthier, I wonder if lentils and beans and nuts, if there are some that are better than others, I have a local fruit and veg, it isn't organic but it is fresh.

I cant find a place where it is organic and fresh.

Any advice on a good vegan diet.

Any arguments that I may need to find cruelty free dairy?

Some vegans look so skinny and shrivelled in the face. I am average weight, just very run down

from a chronic illness that requires pain medication, I rarely have any energy, that is from my illness but maybe some foods are better than others and can help.

I eat fruit and veg everyday. I try to find nourishment from food rather than take supplements.

There was a mistake I made but overall performance was (not Boasting) excellent I pleased most people most of the time and feel completely used, very hurt because I developed very special relationships but devastated because they wrongfully let me go. They did not give me an indication of procedures beforehand and I asked many questions and they were not there to see me to make the extent of their bad judgements.

It is all completely unfair and unjust, and probably an obvious choice why bother working for such mongrels but I loved the job and am not satisfied that their decision is right.

I wonder if I can appeal it or try to save it. They knew for ages I had to go away for 2 weeks and are basically not keeping it for me when they lied and said they would.

I know I should probably move as the people seem very cruel.

I need to be alert and work twice as hard as usual over the next few weeks, I will have to get a supplement but Blackmores discontinued by favourite , a real shame because it made a massive diference , and i lost a list of their ingredients

The Lecturer is teaching that it is okay to be warm and friendly but not good to be friends.

I am friendly with my learners but I have some young children that I have grown to love. Well I would be there for them and honour them as people.

They run to me and we are friendly but not friends.

How is this different.

How is it not good for a teacher to be friends with their students?

I dont understand, maybe it is a discipline thing.

I think having someone that is loyal and that you trust is like a friend, but we just have sceduled time together, not spontaneous social time which I guess is the difference between being a friend?

If they invited me to a birthday party would it be unhelpful to go.

Should you have a view or opinion on friendhips between teachers and students I am interested to know whether you are an experienced professional or a child saying what you would want from a teacher.

They have so many.

I dont want to waste my money some are so exensive and they try to sell you everything in the shop.

It is because when I am under stress I get wounds appear on my face, body, inside my mouth.

They start out like a cyst then end up a bloody infected sore some are there for years. Often before I et that time of the month I get a sore, I apply ointments that help..

I aa sick of it. I want to look decent for work , People point a me and say whats wrong with you.

Getting a bit tired of it.
