it is the opener that comes from the factory on the overhead console. my garage door opener is a genie, if that makes a difference. please try to be specific and i appreciate all the help.

We signed documents stating that our payment would be $2400 and the bill from the mortgage company keeps coming in at $2700. How can they raise my monthly payment by $300? Is this legal and how to I go about getting this resolved?

what do i do if my deposit is not fully refunded even though the house was immaculate? i have heard that this lady does this but, i couldn't believe it until i got a response from my final email to her. i was very nice, left the house cleaned and returned the key to her drop box on her property, (paid in full up to the last day!!). i sent an email letting her know (again) that the house is super clean and ready for inspection. she replied with she cannot believe the way i treated her. she has NEVER been treated like that in the forty years that she has been renting properties. no one has even come this close to treating her this badly. looks like she is trying to take my deposit to me. what do you think?

i am trying to change the the key part without changing the entire knob. and is it the same on most door knobs? and how can i get 6 to 8 of them with the same key?

i need an idea for a screen door for french doors without a middle divider. so when i open both doors, i can have no screen.. they have no room to slide and i do not want hindges. thanks for the ideas.

I am looking to put a door in my house that will lead into the garage from inside the house. Someone mentioned that it must be at least one inch thick and be fire resistant for at least thirty minutes. Is this true?
