Ok I want to gain some size for rugby in march, so I need to know how to increase my potential I guess

Right now I'm about 5'10 or 5'11, and just over 170. I have I decent frame to work from, and I'm pretty fit already so I'm not out of shape and have no definition.

What I'm asking is, should I just workout and increase my food intake (lots of lean meat, chicken, fish oatmeal fruits/veggies and start taking supplements)

OR

Should I just eat like a maniac for around a month (still good bulk food) and not work out or is that just stupid

P.s sorry for being ignorant but I just don't know what's smart to do and I plan on getting a trainer or someone to help me out

Ok, I'm 17 and for the 1st 15 years of my life I was a devoted catholic. I constantly prayed and asked God for guidance, and in my teen years I studied the Bible quite a bit. But from studying the Bible, I was also introduced to Science. I've looked in to it for a long time and eventually I've learned enough to not believe in God anymore, and to not practice anymore religion. I've been in many debates with christians and people who believe, but I feel that they can never sway me into being religious once again.

You can't say "you just don't understand" because I used to 110% believe there was a God, and that he helped my life, and helped me be a better person. However, my attitude has not changed since then I am still a very kind, giving person, and still treat people how I want to be treated etc.

Ok I go to a catholic school... And religion is mandatory so what is a good place to find credible information about any religion... We can only pick the less popular religions, so no catholic or islam or judaism.

I want to pick voodoo, probably haitian (lol) but if there is another religion (not cult) that isn't worldwide-popular that would be good?
