The bobbin thread gets cut, but the top thread doesn't and pulls the work from the hoop. I have tried altering the tension and occasionally it will cut, but not all the time.

I need a machine that creates a chain stitch under the fabric and doesn't require a bobbin, anybody know of any makes I can look at? I think some children's machine do this, but I really need something more substantial.

I need a zipper foot for attaching a concealed zip, anyone know where I can get one?

I downloaded this programme and ran it, it took 4 minutes. I then ran Defragmenter in windows Vista and three hours later, it is still defragging.
