My wife, who is suffering from Ovarian Cancer, was under chemotherapy. As on date 5 sessions were completed and one more is scheduled on 20/07/12. After first chemo, as she developed insomnia my oncologist prescribed zolefresh 10mg at night. But unwanted side effects, such as depression, mental inconsistency, unable to think, illusions etc., has developed. she has stopped this medicine, two days back. When contacted my doctor he suggested Librium 10mg, which made the situation worst. So she stopped everything. Now she could not sleep continuously at least for six or seven hours. One hour sleep and then one hour restlessness - this continues throughout night. Please suggest remedy.

Cancer affected most nodes of the region, i.e from neck to Pelvis region. But distant organs are not affected. Doctor proposed removal of ovary, Fallopian tubes and uterus after 5th or 6th Chemo; i.e after controlling cancer nodes. Till date he has not assured any tentative date for surgery. He is suggesting to wait till the nodes are cured thro' Chemo. CA-125 marker level reduced from 14469 to 7080 after first session of chemo. My doubts are (1) She sweats profusely - 4 times a day. Is it Normal? (2) Is complete cure of Ovarian Cancer - possible at this stage? (3) Is there any alternate medicines, like Homeopathy or sidha available in India (3) Is the fast downward CA-125 marker level indicates fast cure? (4) Once the surgery is done, shall I take that cancer will not reoccur?

I used to take stressnil tablets (containing 2.5 mg of melatanin and alprozolam 2.5 m.g ) for insomnia. My freinds says that i turned dark. Will it be reason reason? I dont wonder around in sun.

Now i want to stop it. I cant sleep without this stressnil tab. Is it bad to take regularly? How stop this habbit. I almost become addict to it.

I want to select records (number,12,2) from a column which having decimal values. For example i want to select columns having values of 1000.20, 5000.02 etc, and not whole number such as 1000, 5000 etc, whats the syntax please

The battery I got is "watta" (120 ah). The back time is also reduced to 2 hour. Also the battery is getting over heated. Is the problem with battery or invertor? If I have to change the battery which battery is best suited (In india) for a invertor and what AH?

As I got sleep problem, I take alpazolam and melatonin 0.5 mg regularly,without priesctiption. Now I become addict to it and without this, I could not sleep. Kindly clarify (a) Is it bad to take this tablet regularly (b) What are the side effects. (c) How to quit this practice without much problem, (d) How to overcome my problem - i.e no deep and long sleep.

The poeple of India, especially hindus believe that sleeping in north-south direction, i.e placing head in north or south direction, is not good for health. Is there any science behind or only religious faith?
