kittens 3 weeks old killing each others over mammy teeth for milk im foster her poor mite is 10 months old skin and bone is it normal for kittens of that age to do this m im getting milk replacement to help her is has 5 I do think she don't have much milk

any help please i got two cutel kittens but the little boy that walk side to side , 10 weeks old sister is fine dont know about other kittens and ma because i save these two ,only two left from guys use them a dog bait, last weekend ma and kittens were killed by them and there blooded dogs so im ask is it from be hurt at one stage or some thing else
