Im about 5 foot 8 and dont want to wear high heels, probs just pumps with a smallish heel

i have quite dark hair (shoulder length) and slightly tanned skin, which dress do you think would suit me? any other recomendations

looking for a dress to wear to a uni interview (going for dress with cropped jacket) but i can't fid a good dress. i wanted something in a neutral colour not pink/green and it needs to be knee length. i was thinking Peplum Shift Dress kind of thing any ideas

Every now and then i get this weid pulsing sensation in my upper arm and shoulder, it started behind my shoulder, i assumed it was just some kind of twitch at first but it didn't stop for 15-20 minutes. i now get it in my upper arm as well and i have no control over it. you can actually see the skin moving and pulsing and its kind of freaky its genrally over a 10 cm square-ish area and started over the summer while i was in Africa volunteering.

any ideas what it is or what i should do

a few weeks ago i was on a duke of edinburgh expedition and it was the last day and we were all tired and our team had the worst luck: one girl pulled out because of injury, one had trapped a nerve in her hip, one sprained an Achilles tendon. we had to walk down this hill where there was no path so we started slowly going around the rocks, but close to the rocks there were large holes in the ground that we kept falling in to. one hole was half way up my thigh and my right leg gave way while my left leg went into the hole, i am worried i may have twisted it and done something to it as my upper body rotated down the slope (due to my heavy bag, i had taken weight from others in my group that were injured) i felt something in my left knee sort of pop but i didn't really notice it much as my right knee was hurting and i was more aware of this having injured it 4 years ago in a skiing accident. i went to A+E a few days later but the nurse basically said she didn't know what it was due to the swelling and i haven't been back as its still swollen

it hurts when i straighten it, walking up stairs etc. it is swollen on the inside between the kneecap at the front and the back on the knee.

any ideas on what it could be, i have not had a previous injury on this knee

so next summer i am going on a four week long trip to volunteer on a research project on an island off the coast of madagascar. the flight i am looking to book has two stops on route to the island both at fairly large airports. but i'm really worried about getting to the right part of the airport to get the connections, can you give me any advice. I speak English and not much else so i can't talk to anyone in the airport easily (I speak a little German). the airports i would be stopping at are Kenyatta International (main Kenya airport) and Antananarivo (on Madagascar). has anyone been to these?

Another question, what do you do if your waiting for a connecting plane and have to wait 16hours?

These questions may sound stupid but its the first time i am travelling abroad on my own. Please don't think me silly as i have been to other countries (Namibia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, America and European countries) and i do know what i getting myself in for. I'm just worried about this.

Another thing i forgot to mention was that I'm only 16,

i am getting a kitten and she will be a chocolate-silver Abbysinyan with blue eyes. her back will be chocolate coloured but her leags tail and tummy will be a pale silver colour. i thought of Sky or Bay. We have one cat called Silver already who is a longhaired grey tabby.

Do yo have any other sugestions?

So i have a short list of dresses and i was going to buy one for prom but my friend has invited me to this film premiere as part of her leaving party around the same time... should i buy one dress for both? 2 dresses? and which one should i buy or is there a different one i should get? i am currently size 10 UK but over half term i am hoping to go down to a size 8 UK. i am getting my ears pierced in a few hours and i am scared that it will hurt. how long does it take? and how much will it hurt? i am ok genrally with pain but tend to freak out. how long will it take to heal? and can i swim at the weekend? thanks for helping
