I want a divorce desperately, but dont know how to go about it. Im hoping for full custody of my kids because he is an unfit parent. We have legally been married since 12/3/97, but havent been together since 8/1/07 when he went to prison. He was very physically and mentally abusive to me (only me never my children), cheating on me and fathering 4 children with other women during the 10 years we were together. If he hadnt went to prison I wouldnt have been able to get out alive. We have 3 children together that he's hardly seen since he's been out. He was released in 5/14/10. Hes moved constantly, living in 6 different places since he's been out, and hasnt had a job more than 2 days at a time. He has harassed me at work and home constantly. He has beaten up his girlfriend in front of my kids. Hes involved my daughter in helping him sell stolen property. He has finally moved out of state, but refuses to give me or the kids his phone number or address. I have lived in the same home since we split and have held the same job. My kids have always lived with me. I dont know what I should do. I always believed that I have to have his address to file. I hope someone can help me with this problem.

much of the video. It was from 2005, I believe. Or very close to it. It was an emo band. The lead singer had black hair. The video had a lot of the color white (walls, clothes, etc). It was not mcr, fall out boy, the used, or any other well known emo bands. The song may have dealt with abused or runaway kids. And the video had a lot of teens in it, but it took place all in the white room. I know its not much to go on. I apreciate any help. It is NOT soul asylum's runaway train. Thanx in advance!

Do not name Paranormal activity 1 or 2. Both were lame and definately NOT (in my oppinion) horror movies. Also the last exorcism sucked too! Thanx.

Ive got about 150 songs downloaded already. It doesnt matter what genre. We love it all.
