I'm finishing up a paper and can't seem to find the answer to my question. I am putting a quote by someone at the end of my concluding paragraph. Do I put the credit at the end of the quote or do I just put the citation in the Bibliography? It seems kind of weird ending the paper with a quote and then the website URL right next to it. The website I retrieved the quote from also does not have an author or date. Please help!

I've lost about 80 pounds this past year through biking, eating right, and lifting weights. I do exercises to work on my arms, and they're toned on the top, but now there is lose skin hanging down. I am in my 20's and I've heard several things. Such as if I keep exercising it'll eventually firm, but I don't know.

Within the past seven months I've lost about 65 pounds. I have been eating a lot less than I used to. I'm mentioning these things that way someone might be able to help me out. I haven't had a bowel movement in about 5 days, and this is the third time it has happened to me the past week. The only way I've been able to go is by laxative. I don't know what is going on. Normally I will have a cup of cereal for breakfast, and then a salad for lunch, followed by some meat and vegetables for dinner. There was a week though that I did not have anything but vegetables when I was staying with my aunt because she is a vegetarian.

I've been trying to lose weight the past 2 months and I've lost a total of 20 pounds. Tonight I decided to have a cheat night and have some pasta with sauce. Normally I used to be able to eat the whole box, but now I could just eat one-fourth of the box. I felt guilty after because I've been doing good with my eating and I freaked out. I ran to the bathroom and forced myself to throw it up and started crying. I've never done that before and now I'm worried. Was it just one of those 'flipping out' sort of situations?

I just got over a break up with someone I loved very much. It's caused me enough stress to the point where I had to go to the hospital. I feel different now that I am single again, and I almost feel left out because I see people together; happy and whatnot. People tell me I don't need a guy to make me happy, and that I need to learn to love myself, I'm just having a hard time trying to. The world has seemed a little gloomy lately. Where we live is out in the country, away from the excitement, and I don't have as many friends as I used to. Perhaps I just feel like this because I'm recovering from it all?

I have tried losing weight in the past - I swam for 3 months, ate healthy, but my end result was only a difference of 2 lbs. Most of my fat is stored on my arms and legs, and my family has a history of having a slow metabolism. I've been going through a lot of stress lately, and it has weakened my immune system to the point where I've only been eating one meal a day. The doctor told me to try and eat fruits and vegetables all through out the day. I've always been on the heavier side ever since I was a child. But now I want to make a big difference - does anyone know some healthy ways to lose weight? I would like to mainly focus on my arms, but most people have mentioned that when you lose weight you lose it from everywhere all at once.

My boyfriend and I have been going out for 3 months. Normally on a daily basis we'd hang out every day, and if we couldn't hang out we'd be texting all day. The past 4 days we didn't hang out and only texted for about an hour. Yesterday was the first day that we didn't communicate. He has been going through some family issues - his parents and him are trying to find jobs, among other things. He told me that just because he is distant doesn't mean he doesn't care, he is just worried about a few things right now.

As far as the stress goes, I'm not used to not always talking with a boyfriend. I keep thinking several negative thoughts even though I'm trying to think positive. I realize that I have to be more understanding on his part, because family does come first. However, my body has been taking the stress pretty hard. I've been crying a bit, and my heart has been racing. My parents took me to the hospital because my stomach also started hurting bad and the doctor said I could possibly have an ulcer. When they tried taking my blood pressure the system couldnt read it because it was so high. I've also started my period during a time I shouldn't. And I also had a temperature. Last night I kept waking up a lot and tossing and turning in bed. I tried taking a stress tab - which is like a vitamin to help stress that also has folic acid in it, but it didn't seem to help much.

Is there a way I can calm down so that I dont have to worry so much? This all seems like something ridiculous to happen just because you're not talking to your boyfriend for a day, but I'm worried about his family and the situation they're going through. My boyfriend says I worry too much and I need to learn to relax and control my emotions. He asked: "what if things didnt work out? what would you do?" and I told him I wasn't sure. I'm trying to give him space because people need it, but it's hard for me but I also want to be a good girlfriend for him.

I've been into photography for a few years. I've took one photography class, but aside from that it's mostly self-taught. I'm not a professional, and I have a point and shoot Canon camera that I use - I do know how to edit pictures well on GIMP though. I'm starting my own little photography business and I'm going to be doing my first shoot where I'm actually pricing the customer. I've done two shoots before, one of basic family pictures and the other senior pictures. My mom's friend liked how her daughter's senior pictures came out and wants me to take her daughter's graduation party pictures as well. The party is from 7pm till midnight. I was thinking $10 an hour but I wasn't sure if that would be too expensive. Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

I'm not sure how to deal with it. It's been going on for a very long time and sometimes it comes to the point where I just want to scream. It happens so often, over and over, like a cold that will never go away. I'm a quiet person in general, and I open up to very close friends (not by much) but enough to be considered 'normal'. The last time I attempted to take an English class it took me about ten minutes just to ask the person next to me for a piece of paper. It also takes a while for me to make phone calls to people, especially when trying to make appointments and such. I have a lot of friends that I love and even then I can't seem to be able to start the conversation. About 95% of the time they have to say something first. What can I do? I don't want to take any medication for this.

My friend just got a new TV and I'm trying to play xbox on it. HDMI cord is in the right spot but I can't find HDMI 2 to select. It just says HDMI 1, Antenna, and PS. I need to have it set to HDMI 2, right? It works on PS but not for long.

Okay so my friend's mom went to WalMart and bought her a female Betta. The Betta is huge and already looks full grown. Do you think someone might've returned her as an adult or do you think she is just a very, very big girl? She is bigger than any Betta I have ever owned and she was just purchased about five days ago. Sorry I can't get any pictures. I looked up pictures and I believe she is a Round Tail.
