i want to enlist as a 25v for my MOS but need more information about the job exactly what do you do in this job and do you recommend?

Im going into the army for a better education opportunity. But dont know whether i should go active or reserve i see that going Active i will make more money definitely and in reserves i will not have a job but i will be close to home with family and friends and go to college but in Active i will be away from everyone and meets lots of great people and serving my country more and still get an education. but im thinking that if i go active and go to college its about the same as a reserve bc the army wouldnt deploy me if im in school i believe but also another question is can i do active and go to college at the same time? in need of major advice on this life changing situation.....every opinion counts... plus i have no kids and not really dating anyone at the time my mom kinda wants nothing to do with me but this aint my reason for moving out....

I'm fresh out of high school pretty smart but was lazy with all the college stuff but I can get accepted I just don't have the money for it now and my mom giving me an ultimatum of getting a job or going to school but I'm like getting no luck. I don't care for money because I just get it and blow it has no value to me besides helping me live I have nice things but I don't wanna be a bum I want to make stuff for my self. I've done nice things already but I wanna see the world and have fun is this a good choice for me to make because I know a few friends a doing It and say it's promising. I would like for a veteran or someone who is going to the army or just came from basic and stuff to answer this so I can get the real deal and would like for them to be straight up and don't sugar coat nothing
