I have a small Ford Ranger XLT, year 2000, and 6 cylinders that I bought used a few days ago. I am wondering if 20 mpg is good, average or bad?

I put 14 gallons of gas to fill it up a few days ago and it's used up 1/4 of the tank and been driven 70 miles so far. One fourth of the tank is 3.5 gallons. So, 70 mi / 3.5 gallons = 20 mpg.

Hi, I want to start making several shirts w/ designs for friends and family. I am not sure what the method of applying the design is called since I've only done it once in my design class.

(Using a dremel, I carved a design onto wood, with a rubber brayer, we applied Speedball water-based acrylic paint(?). I set the block of wood on the shirt, sat on it, and pressed for about one minute. After we let it dry for a day, we ironed the shirt for about a minute and a half so the ink would set. I had a peer that told me that a day later when he washed the shirt, the ink completely came off! Was the WATER-based ink the problem?? )

I want to know if anyone knows of a reliable, durable ink for designs on shirts. I want a good quality ink/paint because I want to eventually sell them IF the first ones I make come out well and actually last. Also, what is the name of the process I used and any tips for this beginner? Thank you, in advance!

I watched the documentary, "The Thin Blue Line" and get what that means...but at the beginning f the movie, when they show the actors name, director, etc,there's a visual thin blue line that turns RED. Over a period of 6 months I've lost around 17lb by exercising and some diet. am now worried that though I'm losing weight, I don't feel/see myself toned around the thigh, legs and abdomen. It is discouraging losing weight but not seeing good results.
