I have a car on finance and have recently lost my job, so tightening up my belt i have cancelled a few debits here and there, one been some agreement i made when i got my car (for repairs i think) which the garage said i could cancel anytime. Its dead money been wasted as i have to annually have my car serviced which i definately cannot afford so even if something does go on my car the contract will be void and they wont fix it. Apparently i cant cancel the contract as its paid in a loan type way, but i don't have the money to pay it. Is there anyway i can cancel it by writing to the courts? who do i write to, if i can?

Last week i got a note through my door from a guy asking me to text him, so i did and he text me back saying that he had something to ask me but it had slipped his mind. So i left it with a well if you remember then you know my number. Then a few day ago he texts again asking me out, the texts went on most of the night up until when i agreed a day to go out. Then nothing, he hasnt text me since, i'm so confused and annoyed why would he do this? people say its because he is shy but the hardest thing would have to be making the first move, isnt it? And i agreed to go on a date with him so why did he change his mind?

The roundabout has four exits like a compass N, E, S and W, the round about is a duel carriageway and big. So basically i'm coming from south going straight on (north) i get into the right hand lane as the road continues on as a duel carriageway. The guy infront of me moves over into the left hand lane so i move past him thinking he is also going straight on (north), i indicate and begin to turn off but the guy carries on as if he were heading to east exit and side swipes me denting all my passenger side door and behind. Who is at fault? I thought you couldnt go all the way around a round about in the left hand lane, he's not accepting liabilty saying i cut him up. Also does anyone know any helpful websites i can look at.

I recently adopted two feral kittens from a farm, at around 6-7 weeks old they had no human contact. I have had them both for three weeks and the male has come around and loves been cuddled and stroked while the female just runs away and hides when you approach her. I am unsure on the best way to gain her trust, do i leave her and let her be? or do i pick her up and stroke her against her will? which would mean chasing her around and digging her out from under the furniture. She's not interested in any form of human contact yet loves to play with her brother, i feel bad that she spends most of the time hiding away. Any helful tips would be appreciated.

My horse has always had this little indentation in his neck about half way down, when i first got him i asked everyone what it could be but no one knew. I just thought it was his muscle that hadnt formed properly or was deformed. When he had trouble with a muscle in his back i got a specialist out and immediately she pointed it out and asked what it was, she didnt have a clue and neither did i. So yesterday i was brushing him and talking to a friend (she's pretty new to the farm, so i never showed it to her) when she pointed it out, and said it was a prophets thumb and placed her thumb on top of it. I asked her what that was but she didnt know only that she had heard the term before and that it was a indentation the same size as a thumb. What on earth is a prophets thumb?

My ten year old son is really into space and astronomy, last christmas i was going to buy him one and had my mind set on one for about £150, only his dad went said he would buy him one so i didnt get it, i told him which one to get and gave him the website and everything. For years i've been obsessed with their culture, music, history and beliefs, although i was born white i have a lakota soul. Lately i've been trawling the web trying to find ways how to help their situation. In an ideal world i would love to help them spiritually, to help the ones that have lost their way. Although i know many live in extreme poverty and need material goods, i would like to start donating but who to? There are so many websites to choose from, are they all ligit? this video was filmed in the 80s and he talks about events that will blow your mind, it just concretes my belief that the goverment knows stuff that they wont admit! he also claims that jfk was shot by the driver (looking on you tube it seems to be true) for wanting to tell the people about aliens! this vid is a must see!

i had a dream that my ex set fire to my house, me and my kids got out and was sat on the grass in the garden looking at the blazing infeno, there were lots of people milling about but cant remember specific faces just me and the kids.we were all in our pjs and i was relieved we was all safe, then i noticed the next door neighbours house was also on fire and then the one across the street was also a blazing inferno and i was thinking oh my ex is in for it now, he will be in big big trouble for this. then i noted it was summer and my dream skipped to big brother and they also have had a fire that killed two of the housemates one was a blonde female.
