Why does the soap cake on everything in the washer? Had the repair man down many times. NO HELP . I took the panel off the door and soap was caked inside . I am nervous about taking apart the washer arm assembly, but it has to be done. What is wrong and how do i repair this? I use cascade powder. The right amount. This is soap not from hard water. What do i do wrong? Every year i spend good money for the closing kit with everything i need to put in the pool for the winter. Every spring when i take the cover off, the pool is green, can't see the bottom. I use about 60 lt of clorine to get it just ok and it takes about 4 days to get it clear.
