To my knowledge the first number is the distance you are from the chart and the second is the average perosons distance from the chart, so the second one is better than 20/20, yet thats the cliche to answering how good is you vision.
Wouldn't it be better to say I have 20/5 vision, as that suggests extremely good vision?

I dont really know what this is but when I view shortcut files (only shortcuts) they have the correct icon and then another icon (the no icon exists type) over it. Do you know what could have caused this?

I purchased an item and part of the 'special' was that it came with free ipod speakers, once i had paid i was told that they had not been delivered and that i should leave my phone number and they will get back to me when they come in.
My question is what rights do i have for example if i go back and say that the offer is off and i wont get the free item? can they do that as that's what was offered?
