My bank account was opened by Bank of America. I owed BOA about $100 a few years ago. I wasn't able to open a bank account for a few years but yesterday I brought with me a $1800 check to BOA and they opened me a basic bank account. They told me if I don't pay my balance chexsystem will close my account. Is that true or is the bank bluffing?

i have an 19 year old friend who made a false report on a stolen car when she actually crashed it. a few hours later investigators came and he admitted to lying and told the cops that she crashed the car and left it there. she told them that she was just scared of her parents finding out that she crashed the car. there was no one else involved in the car crash but her. do u think she will face any penalty? what are the chances of the district attorney letting everything go? and how long does it take until she finds out whether the false police report will be taken further?

I have a hat that looks real nice but the back side of the hat has a screen print that looks like c.u.m.. i guess they tried to make it look like splattered paint but it doesnt look good in my opinion. the front side of the hat is black. is there a way i can remove the print off of the hat to make the whole hat black???
