When i turn on and click on the space to enter internet address' to search , the keyboard comes on but there isn't any cursor in the search space so i can't type in an address! As a last resort if i  hold the on/off button long enough to start a reboot will i lose any of the things i have got on the Kindle like 150 books?

The symbol on the desk top of my computer which i usually double click on to go to has just stopped working! I double click to see if i'm fully protected on AVG and nothing happens, how can i put this right?

Having never been out of work i had a potential 50 years of insurance stamp paid in when i reached 65 years of age. I took out a private pension which i paid for out of MY wages for 8 years but a full stamp was paid for the remaining 42 years, as this is more than enough for a full old age pension why do the DWP take away most of my private pension to cover for the 8 years that i didn t pay insurance stamp? It was my money and what i did with it was my choice and i chose to buy a pension.

I was given a Roku streaming stick and being an OAP technophob my Son set it up for me. If i unplug it or we have a power cut will it have to be set up again or will it keep all the information intact?

My wife keeps getting a message 'BATTERY FAULT. ERROR STOP CHARGING' She put in a new battery but the message still appears, the phone is a very old Sony Ericsson K800i, if she turns the charger off and then on again most times the phone will charge, why does this happen and if it's not the battery then what does she do?
