Okay this is kinda confusing...

So my sisters boyfriend has brothers and a sister. Also my sister lives with them. I'm friends with sister cause she's my age. I hang out with her a lot.

And her brother has a friend. I saw him once and I don't know, I just thought he was cute. Like A couple days ago he liked one of my older instagram pics and then I liked one of his and then he liked and commented on one of mine..

I told my sister cause she always teased me about him (also he is like a couple houses down from my sisters house) and she dmed (direct messaged) him and he knew what it was about (me and him I guess).. He asked for my number and we've been texting for a couple days.

He told me he just wants to talk to me and get to know me and take things slow since our age difference (He's kinda too old for me .. I'm 14 next month and he's turning 17 in April.)

There is three things in this that is bugging me..

1. I'm so scared to call him. I need to call him before we meet again in person cause it'd be more weirsd and awkward if we haven't gotten more comfortable talking to eachother. And I'm scared Cause I hate my voice and I'm afraid it'll be awkward and boring. I don't know what to talk about.

2. His best friend is my sisters boyfriends brother. And he thinks that he (the guy that I've been texting) probably doesn't even know who I am or anything. And he made it pretty clear to me that he was too old for me :/ so it'd be awkward if me and the guy got closer.

3. My sister has been meddling too much! She keeps saying like we need to talk (call) more. And we should meet at her house since they're like neighbors. But I don't want to do that cause it'd be awkward with my sister and my friend and his friend. It's complicated. And I don't know why but when I just walking with a guy with no one around it's easy for me, I'm afraid he's gonna think I'm stupid or immature or boring. I could ask if he wants to walk to the park or around with me but it might be hot or he might not want to walk.

Sorry I don't know exactly what I need help with, please just read it and give me advice. GUYS HELP ME TOO PLEASE!!

Okay I am in 6th grade and the guy I like is in 8th... I only see him once a week at my church and I have only had about 2 conversations with him and one included giving him trash! Before its too late what do I do?? I get extremely nervous and butterflies in my stomache when I am about to talk to him! I am a chicken.. any tips or anything for manning up... or how to go up to him and talk to him without it being weird??
