My computer, which uses Windows XP 32 bit operating system, repeatedly recycles the following message during boot-up:

Stop: c0000021a {FATAL SYSTEM ERROR}

The Session Manager Initiation System process terminated unexpectedly with a status of

0xc000026c (0x00000000 0x00000000). The System Has Shut Down.

As soon as the above message is displayed the computer restarts again, and repeats the cycle as long as it is on. Can anyone tell me what is going on and if there is anything I can do to alleviate this problem?

I have created a table of employees in a MS Access database. The fields include: ID, Name, and Employment Status. What type of field to I have to add to this table so that an unique photograph of each employer is associated with that employee when a form is created from this table. In other words, I want to be able to access the employee record through a form which also displays the employee's photograph.

How is it employed? Is it used to burn CDs?

This book is about a painting that an art gallery owner discovered. It depicts Christ, standing before Pontius Pilot and a huge crowd of people. The artist has taken great care to paint many individual faces among this clearly hateful and bloodthirsty crowd. The freaky thing about this painting is, that any viewer who looks at it, sees his or her own face on one of the people in the crowd. This is a real book, but I've forgotten the title and author.

I acquired the computer from someone else who also did not know the password. The password request comes up before the desktop is revealed. I would say it is a startup password.
