I'm starting college in about a week and I'm thinking about buying a Macbook Air. I know that they're coming out with a new operating system soon and I'm wondering if I should buy it now or if prices will drop after it's released. I'm also wondering if it might be worth it to get the new OS for the compatibility with iPhone 6, since I plan on buying one when my phone plan is up.

I saw some glow in the dark chucks online, but they're $90. I'm not gonna grow anymore, so would it be worth it to buy them? Or would it be the same if i sprayed regular shoes with glow in the dark paint?

I'm a teenager, so here is what I want in a laptop:

It has to be good for school work.

Needs to be excellent for gaming, downloading, and instant messaging.

Absolutely must have wifi.

Shouldn't be very expensive because I have to pay for most of it myself.

Needs a CD/DVD drive.

I don't want a mac.

I don't really care about the looks, but the less bulky the better.

I'm only 14 so I'm not gonna have kids any time soon, but I like the name Lucifer. Lucifer translates into light bearer, bringer of light, and morning star, but its also the name of the devil. How much harm could be done if I named my son Lucifer?

I just turned 14 a few weeks ago. Kids love me and my parents always tell me I should babysit. I don't have any real experience in babysitting, but I'm usually asked to keep kids occupied while adults are having a party downstairs or in the yard. I'm probably going to take a babysitting class this summer. I'm thinking I should charge about $5 an hour for one kid. Does that sound right?

Oh yeah, and I live in northern California.

The only thing I remember about my little brother being born is that the nurses let me have cups of Jell-O. First cherry, then grape, then more cherry. And I was only about 1 3/4 years old. That can't be normal.

I'm debating over weather its when the tidal wave hit New York, the tornadoes hit Los Angeles, or when the eye of the storm passed over them. I'm pretty sure it's the 3rd one, and if it is, how would I draw it?

I have to make a collage on teenage life in the 60s. What was life like? I need to know what you did in your free time and what kind of junk food you ate, etc. I would ask my parents but they were teenagers in the 70s.

Boy names are so easy for me. I like the soft names like Jeremiah, Ethan, Luke, etc. But girl names are hard. I like Elizabeth, but I don't really like Lizzy. Please help!

btw, i read a parenting magazine (i think it was parents) that had the 50 best names of 2008, and i remember i really liked some of the names. anybody have the list or a link to it? thx

I play the trumpet in my school band. The problem is, I have braces. My mouth is constantly changing so I don't have a good embouchure. My sound comes out fuzzy a lot. Anything I can do about it? My teacher said I might have to re-tune more often, but I don't think that has anything to do with sound clarity.

I might get an enV touch, but I'm afraid to because I'm prone to dropping cell phones. I know that there are cases and covers, but I can't tell from the pictures if they protect the screen or not. Help!

I was just wondering about the movie because, from my understanding, none of the characters are named Joe. Shouldn't there be someone named Joe? That was the action figure's name. i don't plan on seeing that movie, just curious.

If you could please give me an example of a solute that would be great. Or if you feel like it can you please give me a sentence using the word solute in at least 8 words? A sentence that doesn't just give the definition and is meaningful. I'm having a hard time coming up with a sentence for this word on my HW. Thanks soooooo much.

For those of you who can play the Super Mario Bros. theme on guitar, how do you make that coin noise? And also, anybody know where to get the sheet music for the full song?

Almost every time i go onto the internet, it freezes up. Not the computer. The internet. Sometimes it will say that internet explorer is not responding, so i just restart. Most of the time, I have to open up a new window, and in an hour it freezes up again. We've called our ISP several times, but they suck. Any suggestions?

In my dream, I was hanging out with my grandma in a big field behind a school. My grandma went go pick some flowers. I saw my friends farther away, but I felt like they wouldn't include me because we haven't seen each other in a while. One of the girls they were with (I didn't know her) was playing with this little gas pipe. It caught on fire. I ran to the school and told the secretary there was a fire in the field. All of a sudden, my whole family was in the office. Then I remembered: Grandma. I ran back to the field, where everything was smoky and hot. I screamed "GRANDMA!!!" as loud as I could, but I couldn't see or hear anything. I ran back to the school, and my aunt was crying and saying "It was her time, sweetie." I yelled at her that nobody knew if she was dead or not. Then I woke up.

Sorry that it was so long. I tried to make it shorter. My grandma is alive, and I have never been afraid that she'd die a horrible death. Please tell me what my dream means.

I am 13 years old. My friend, who I've been friends with since I was 3, moved from across the street to about 20 minutes away. No big deal. She doesn't go to my school, but she is on my soccer team. I know she gets bored, but she CONSTANTLY calls me. Sometimes almost 10 times a day. She has absolutely nothing to talk about, and niether do I. She always invites me over to her house, but we always do the exact same things while we are there. I know she has other friends, but she never seems to call them or invite them over. Don't get me wrong, she is one of my best friends, but I like a little more space. Please help! Sorry this was so long!
