Hello! I would like to ask what is the difference between Operation Head and Operation Manager? are they the same? I have searched for Operation Head but my browser gives me Operation Manager instead. If these two are different, what are the responsibilities of the Operation Head?

What I understand about the movie is that Sean Penn is borrowing a money from a bank to finance his business, something like that.

incentives is somewhat bonus in form to motivate employees to work his/her best. is it a corporate practice? i mean do other companies do this also? giving employees incentives secretly. in our company incentives are expected we are all aware of it, all employees will receive (in sales or non-sales employees). incentives came from company's sales and other suppliers for their merchandiser, and the combined money will be divided among employees, and employees in sale and with higher sales will received higher amount of money. but then we knew that one particular sale employee with low sales received higher incentives than sale employee with higher sales. I think our supervisor should be transparent with us, do you think so? I just feel that its not healthy for our company this way of giving incentives. It gives us the impression of something is fishy going on. what do you think?

I got problem with decimals and it confuse me more with the answer. here it is, if i have $6,500 to put in a bank with 6% interest p.a. which is compounded daily. while computing it I got stuck in the answer I got in computing the interest.

my question is, where should I stop in the decimals to put it in calculator? should I type all those numbers? or should I end in 1.000 or 1.0 or 1.000164. Im really confuse, can you help me? :-) thank you

do you know what kind of material is this? can you please tell me what kind of material and name of this product. thickness is 10mm, a friend of mine told me that it is a polyethylene, I tried to research on internet but im not sure if its really polyethylene material. this thing is chemical resistant and heat resistant (100-120 degrees celcius, not direct contact to flame).

my laptop is samsung rc418 core i3 2nd gen. and my battery is set to 80% battery life extender. almost an hour ago, it was still in 80% so i unplug the power and use the battery as the power source, and it give me a 2hrs and 20 mins. time of usage, but then almost an hr. it suddenly drops to 8% and it will still give me 1 hr and 32 mins of usage. i suspect its not the battery, is this somewhat cause of a virus? or bad settings? anyway my antivirus is avast free edition.

hello! i would like to ask if there's a way of formatting drive c partition in a hard drive? one computer only, no other computer and hard drive to make the other one as master and the other one as slave.

stand alone computer, i would like to format my drive c.

reason why i would like to format drive c is because i installed windows 7 32bit os (my processor is 3 2bit) then stupidity of me triggered, i had also tried installing windows 7 64bit, and yes i succeed installing it, the problem is the 32 bit windows is still there, windows 7 64 bit didn't format it.

hoping somebody can help me.

is it not too late for me to finish my course? or its useless already and just keep on working but dont match up my course and the job of course is not permanent. im 29 years old, 2years more before i can finish my college if im going back to school by next year. it means the time i will graduate im 31.

i know there is already a camera that is capable of capturing the flying bullet on action and even able to play it back in slow motion. i want to know if there is a camera that is able to capture the speed of light? and can play it in slow motion? for example capture the speed light of car head lamp as it travels.

first i installed windows 7, few months ago i installed ubuntu linux.

for a months both os are running fine until the windows os is having trouble loading itself, but it will load itself eventually . when i am in windows, i remove ubuntu, giving me disk space of atleast 15gb. so i reboot my pc to windows os... but unfortunately of damn heck, windows os start to keep rebooting itself after the blue screen. i suspect it was the blue screen of death. so i reistall windows 7, so my os is fresh again. but then i dont know now how to remove the disk space and use is again as my c:/ partition. anyone can help me about this problem im facing?
