I am replacing a cap on a computer mobo. It is rating 16V 1500 microfard Can I use 16v 2200 microfoard? will 16v 1000 be enough in most cases (And worse case if its not?) What about 22v at 1500, or 2200? Basically, what is an acceptable tolerance?

I have tried bing maps, but according to Microsoft, you cannot view saved locations on your phone. Same goes for Google. I can't believe no one allows this! Is there one out there where i can set points of interest and/or plan a driving route on my home computer, log into my account from the app, and view/get directions from?

I have 2 computers set up across a network. I need to use computer 1 to control what picture is displayed on computer 2's screen. As I cannot have a mouse pointer moving, nor can I use computer 2 to make this selection remote control software (like teamviewer or VNC) is not an option.

To put this another way, computer one says to computer 2 "Display this picture" and computer 2 instantly switches from the picture it is displaying to the new picture. It cannot show (On computer 2) any sign that it is being told to switch pictures.

Finally, the pictures are not in slideshow format, the way the pictures will be displayed is non-sequential. The choices physically need to be made on computer 1. Ideas?

I am looking for a good backup program. The program MUST do the following. If the program you are going to recommend does not do ALL of the following, please do not recommend it.

1) Must run in the OS it is backing up. (The computer must remain running during the backup)

2) Must be able to backup the entire operating system.

3) Must have a way to restore the operating system in case of hard drive failure (If the hard drive fails I want to copy whatever "image" the backup program created onto a new hard drive, stick it in the computer and expect it to be exactly the way it was the day of the backup.)

4) Have a scheduler built into the program to run when set to

5) Be able to backup to a network share (The share can be mounted as a drive is needed)

Ideally the program should: (These are not required, but would be nice)

1) Make incremental backups.

2) Allow the exclusion of specific files/folders.

3) Be free

I have found a few tutorials online about this, and they are are very assumptive, and give no information. They read something similar to this, "Click then, this will appear, select the option you want, click okay, enter your fully qualified domain name, and click next, then choose what option you want from the drop down menu."

Here is the problem. What option do I want? What is a fully qualified domain name, and how do I choose one?

I need a tutorial that actually explains things. A tutorial that simply tells you to choose the option you want seems quite pointless. If I new the options I wanted I would not need a tutorial would I? A tutorial that explains what a "fully qualified domain name" is. What each option means, and why I would want to select it over others. A tutorial designed for someone that has never done this before, and wants to learn through doing, and setting up a "test" network to try things out.

Now, where can I find such a decent tutorial?

Okay, essentially this is what I want to do, ideally. We partition the hard drive into 3 partitions. Partition A, Partition B, and the recovery or image partition. When the computer is booted, it loads windows off of Partition A. In the background it restores the image from the image/recovery partition to partition B, and flags the system to boot off of partition B next time. Then the computer is rebooted, it boots off of partition B, and in the background is restores the image from the image/recovery partition to Partition A, and flags the system to boot from partition A.

This means essentially every time the computer is rebooted, everything the user did is wiped clear, and a fresh version of windows is ready to be used.

If this is not possible, how about this.

We create 2 partitions. The main partition, and an image/recovery partition. When the computer boots, a small programs loads up that restores the image from the image/recovery partition, and then boots from it. This way there is some delay between users while it is restored, but it is still a fresh clean copy each time.

Any idea how to do this?

Okay, here is the story. I have a specialty ink in my Magenta slot and need to print with that slot as much as possible. I have blocked off the other colors already with tape so they won't print (I know, I will burn out my print heads, this printer is trash anyway) but want to be sure I am printing with as much Magenta as I can. Using photoshop what CMYK code should I use to print only magenta? (No, its not 100% magenta, 0% everything else) If it matters the printer is a Canon MP530.

It looks like a resistor, however it is blue in color. The bands are, in order (I do not know what is left, and right) Red, Black, Blue, Gold, Black. It is located on a fuser unit for a laser printer. It connects to the ground on one side, and on the other side to a connector and the center axle of a roller via a brush (similar to an electric motor) There is currently infinity resistance across it(I think its bad). I am suspecting it is some kind of thermal fuse, however wish to be sure I know what it is, so I know what to look up for a replacement. Okay, here is the story. I have an HP computer with a printer connected to it. It uses "file and print sharing" to share the printer with 5 Dell computers. I am looking for a program, preferably free, that will hold all the print jobs from the Dell computers in queue until someone at the HP computer tells it what print jobs it can print. Preferably this program will allow the modification of the print job (Look at what is about to be printer to blank pages and such can be manually removed) but it is not necessary. Essentially its biggest job of the program will be to prevent people at the Dell computers from printing 100 page jobs and not paying for them, or accidentally printing the wrong thing.

By this I mean the dice that are made out of actual bone.

I have searched everywhere for months. Thinkgeek discontinued them, and every other place I find is out of stock. I found one company that had single D10's in stock, but the shopping cart is broken, and the contact us link is broken. I have searched eBay, and all they have is D6's (I would like a set, but a single die that is not a D6 will do.)

All of my machines are running windows 7 (There may be some windows XP machines in there later, if the setup is compatible) but basically what I want to do is have my computer be able to access the shared folders, printers and resources as if I was at home when I am out, just like if I was connected to my home network. How do I go about doing this, and where can I find a detailed helpful tutorial on doing this?

I am looking for a program that will create a hard drive image that I can then mount under windows.

In more detail this is what the plan is. I take a drive with windows installed on it, and I create an image of it. I store that image somewhere and format the drive and re-install windows on the drive. If after the format I realize I forgot to back something up, I simply mount the image under windows, and go searching for the file.

The program does not need to backup sector by sector. I am not interested in retaining the information of sectors marked as deleted, only in recovering the files I may have forgotten. I want the image to be as small as possible, so skipping pagefile data, etc would be a wonderful feature. Finally, if all else goes wrong, I want to be able to restore this image to the drive.

Ideally a free program would be best, however if there are no decent free ones out there, feel free to suggest a commercial piece of software.

MSOOBE doesn't work. And I can't for the life of me remember how to use this program to prompt the user to enter his username, accept the license agreement, etc. HELP!

Several times a day, I get the message from messenger indicating my account has been locked for security reasons. This forces me to log in via the web before I can send/receive mail in Outlook. I have been sending/receiving e-mail in outlook for years just fine. What is going on?
