I saw a friend online wearing the best sunglasses in the world. I went to their website and it says online shopping is only available if you are located in Thailand! Does anyone know where I can purchase this brand name online? I tried eBay and scouted the Internet to no avail.

I opted to have 10% of each bi-weekly unemployment payment withheld for tax purposes. I fall under the bracket of earnings that allows all of my paid taxes to be refunded to me, along with child tax credits, etc. I am just wondering, now that tax time is coming, will I get that 10% back? If so, how do I claim it? I was unemployed for part of last year, and I remember thinking that I did not receive the 10% that had been voluntarily withheld because there wasn't a box that calculated the total amount withheld for the year on the form that I got in the mail. Also, I use TurboTax. Because of my unemployment situation, should I go and have my taxes done to ensure that I get the largest refund possible? I have children and got less than expected last year. Is it likely that this was due to being unemployed, or is it me not knowing how to use the software to it's full extent in my situation?

I met someone online recently who seems like a really nice guy and we have a lot in common, but he doesn't speak. We just message back and forth on skype and such. I asked him what happened and he said that he broke his voice box. I didn't want to seem rude, but I am sort of skeptical as to whether he is being truthful or not. He has recordings of him singing and playing the guitar and when I asked if he broke it screaming, he just responded, "Yes I used to be able to do that too," which seems like a vague answer... Just wondering if anyone had any medical information on whether this story seems feasible, or if it is more likely that he is lying for whatever bizarre reason.

I am going to Bonnaroo, and I've never been before. I expect the hotels to book up pretty early in advance, so I want to get one asap. Any suggestions on affordable prices and locations within walking distance of the festival? I am unfamiliar with the area.

I recently moved into a new apartment that has baseboard heating. Each room has it's own thermostat, Which I originally thought would help cut heating costs, but unfotunately when I turn them on, even at their lowest setting, they continuously run. All I can think is that the thermostat is broken. If I replace the wall mount unit will this fix my problem? Any information on what I can do would be appreciated, because as of now I am uncomfortably warm and am also expecting an unusually high electric bill.

I was rebuilding my garden wall, and I accidentally upturned a nest of baby moles. The wall is completely moved around, and I'm sure their mother won't return for them. I have made them a little nest in a flower pot, and can't bear to let them die, so I tried feeding them soy-based baby formula with a dropper. They don't want to eat it, and I'm not sure if it is even okay for them to have. They are much too young to feed worms or bugs. Does anyone know what I can feed them?

There is a movie where there are two guys on a road trip and it is winter time and they are high on something and wander into a black and white movie theatre drive in, and wake up in their truck and the one guy had baby bunnies in his jacket and he smashes them. I think Jack Black is in it? What is this movie???

The actress who plays the lady in the movie is really famous, but i can't remember her name. She is blonde. I think it is set in older times when they had the carnivale, and the museum of "curiosities" and such. She is a photographer or something... She wants to take a portrait picture of the family and ends up becoming more and more involved with them. I saw part of it on HBO, and want to know what the movie is.

I am thinking of investing and saw that GE is nearly at an all-time low. I understand that the current credit crisis plays into this equation, and that the CEO isn't currently with the company, but are there other extenuating circumstances that are influencing it's value? Is there an up and coming competitor to the company? Also, is there a website that gives insight as to what is affecting the fluctuations in the company you are interested in investing with?

So... Octo mom. She has had numerous plastic surgeries and repeated in-vitro fertilization treatments. Octo mom lives in her mother's house, which is being foreclosed on now, and has no job and is on welfare. Octo mom is taking donations on the internet to try to survive. Where did she get all the money for the aforementioned surgeries? Did she used to be rich or something?

I got evicted about six years ago, and I am looking for a new apartment and my old eviction is still on my credit. I want to pay it off, and since it has been so long, I am pretty sure they would settle for less than the actual balance. To accomplish this, do I need to contact a lawyer, or can I just call the collection agency that is handling it and offer a settlement myself?

Blue Clouds

In the morning we stood at the shore

The flames rose up from behind

i think i have the gist of this concept, but just to be certain, can anyone explain to me why people write "drink" after repeat questions? i am guessing it has to do with something like, "everytime this question is asked, you have to drink.."

there are 2 screws on each side of my digital camera and on the side that has the attachment for the wrist strap, one of the screws is gone. i was wondering if anyone knew where i could find a replacement screw as the side panel is now loose and seems like it will eventually fall off if i don't fix it. the screws are really tiny, but not quite as small as eyeglass screws.

I sleep all night primarily on my right side, and for the past 2 days when i wake up i can feel water in my right ear and i can hear it in there. i tried shaking it out and it wont come out!!! it is driving me insane, because after i am up and about for a little while it goes way back into my ear and i can't hear it moving anymore but today my ear hurts a little. (this may be my imagination since i know there is water in there) but i am worried if i don't find a way to get it out i am going to end up with an ear infection. Help!!

I was looking at some guys penny loafers today and it got me wondering... Why would any one need to carry one cent around in their shoes? Was it originally to show that you had money enough to adorn your shoes with it, or was it for practical purposes of some kind? (Like maybe a shoe shine was 2 cents..) Does anyone know? Just bored and curious.

I am a single mom with 2 kids and i am trying to further my education. Iv'e been out of school for about 7 years, and my highest completed education level is my diploma. I really have no idea what i am doing as far as attempting to get some kind of grant or financial aid and I am pretty much just playing this completely by ear. I filled out my FAFSA and sent it in online, and my status for the form is now "Processed", but there really isn't any other information than that. My EFC score is 0, which I think is a good thing?

Anyway, I guess my main question is where I go from here. Do I just wait for the schools I had the form sent to to call me and let me know what they specifically could offer me in lou of grants and loans, or will I be getting something letting me know my general qualifications? Is there anything else I should be doing in preparation for enrollment or any other kinds of additional paperwork I should fill out in an attempt to get additional grants?

I feel really ridiculous trying to call the schools directly at this point, since I'm not even sure if they have received my FAFSA. (It was just processed online today.) If anyone has any information on what I should do next, it would be appreciated; especially any info from single moms or other nonconventional students who have done this before.
