Is it common? Why does it happen if it happens often? What could be so powerful to do such a thing?
5 AnswersRespiratory Diseases1 month agoIs Fiber burned like fat and sugar during a workout?
I have seen fiber (I'm guessing both types, insoluble and soluble) is a type of carbohydrate. I was wondering does it get burned during exercise like fat and sugar does? Does it need to be replaced in say it loses alot because of exercise? I know they say not to eat alot of fiber before or after a workout but I just would like some more info on this.
2 AnswersDiet & Fitness2 months agoLooking for a ringtone from a flip phone in 2009?
I am looking for a ringtone that was possibly from 2009. It was featured in the Fast And Furious (2009) movie. When Paul Walker was speeding down the street in his blue Nissan Skyline, it's a ringer that the chirp of it get's higher in tone each time it rings. I observed his phone in the movie, being a Motorola i580 he had. Of course I searched the ringtones featured on that specific phone, but couldn't find it. The carrier of that phone was apparently sprint, so I tried to find perhaps a specific ringtone from sprint. Maybe it was their ringtone, but still could not find it. Tried looking into other phones featured in 2009 like Samsung, Nokia, Sanyo, LG flip phones but still could not find it. Here is the scene and about 0:05 of the video is where the ringtone is featured https://youtu.be/Sm0CxaMmDZI

1 AnswerCell Phones & Plans2 months agoAnyone know any additional Boom Bap Rap/Hip-Hop producers, like more of the underground lesser known ones? ?
I know of DJ Premier, Marco Polo, Large Pro, Statik Selektah, Jake One, 9th Wonder. But man those styles are just so good, I was just wondering if anyone know any more because those guys' beats just lift the spirit in you high, leaves you wanting more. Statik Selektah and Jake One I recently came across and I gotta say probably some of my favorite beats, even strictly instrumental they are works of pure art and talent.

4 AnswersSenior Citizens11 months agoAnyone know any grunge/alternative rock/post-grunge bands what were not very known in the 90s or modern ones?
I like sounds like Candlebox, AIC, Nirvana, Addict, Collective Soul, Sponge. That type of 90s sound, I have searched high and low, but it is hard to find that type of music. I know a lot of mainstream already but just like any genre I feel there is hidden gems out there.
2 AnswersRock and Pop1 year agoHas anyone seen brown rain stain on their cars in the US?
I saw on a meteorologist website WQAD 8 in Illonois how they had the same thing. But this was not dust like gray, this **** was brown! It looked toxic to me, I am already aware they spray all this garbage in the skies to kill us off slowly. I just wanted to reach out to other people who really know what I am talking about. I am not looking for just a "science based answer". I am looking for the truth...
2 AnswersOther - Environment1 year agoAnyone know any bands similar to Japandroids or just that Garage Punk/Punk Rock feel?
I've looked on music map, but it seems they pull up to much indie. I like the style of Japandroids and how it sounds a little distorted at times....
1 AnswerRock and Pop2 years agoAnyone know what brand of car alarm I can find nowadays where it's just simple.?
I'm not looking for remote start, or all the fancy shmancy tech. I just want an affordable, loud, obnoxious alarm that is moderate sensitive with trunk release (if available). Something like those ones in the 90s that were very loud and had a 5-6 tone alarm noise.
2 AnswersCar Audio2 years agoIf I had to take apart a laptop to fix a freezing problem, what should I mess with?
I seen in an article that someone took apart a laptop to fix a freezing issue it had. I was wondering what to go to to fix, adjust, clean, or replace. I have a compaq laptop I think from 2011 I believe. In 2012 it started freezing and I just put it aside and bought a new one, so I haven t really messed with the freezing one in years. I ve turned it on and updated it, cleaned files, used an air can to clean it, and took off and on battery and just simple things but never took it apart. Everything works fine, but it just freezes and goes to a black screen. I don t understand it, it doesn t overheat, there s no virus on it, I took care of it in the 2 year time frame I had it. Any Ideas?
5 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks2 years agoI have a weird question about hair and nails. When they are long, do they take more energy away from you?
When my hair and nails are long, I honestly feel slightly "weaker" so to say. I'm a guy so I keep both short, so when I grow both of them out, I feel like energy is being taken more from the body to maintain them I guess.
5 AnswersOther - Beauty & Style2 years agoAnybody have any bands to share that have a old rock sound to them?
I'm looking for more bands like blues rock (black keys) funk rock (the heavy) garage rock (bass drum of death)psychedelic rock (black market karma) and along the lines of black angels, band of skulls, nightbeats. Those kind of songs. I find this kind of music hard to come across because I feel it differs and a lot of it isn;t played on the radio, at least where I live. Far Cry 5 had a good selection of this kind of music also.
5 AnswersRock and Pop2 years agoI need some info on ELDOAS, is it more of a "body awakening thing" or of a more relaxing practice for the body?
Sometimes I'm in to mood to perform eldoas to loosen up the body a bit and afterwards I feel good. However I can pinpoint of where I feel it is beneficial. I don't feel tired or extremely relaxed afterwards, but don;t feel too energetic either. I just would like some information on when it would be best to do them.Right when you wake up to "wake up" the body and loosen up? Or do it in the evening to relax because I do feel it as a static stretch since you are sitting around and holding the stretch and not warming up for anything...
1 AnswerDiet & Fitness2 years agoAre there any lumberjacks out there? I have a question about the job itself and what kind of exercise is involved...?
I would like to know current or past lumberjacks, if when you worked as one was there any significant increase in your fitness? Did you notice any stamina/endurance gain, forearm, bicep development and strength, did your back get stronger etc... How much did your strength increase and how long did it take to notice you got more fit? Would you say it is a great workout and not even intending to get a workout in?
2 AnswersDiet & Fitness2 years agoWhat are some herbs/supplements to drink or eat to get rid of stubborn trapped gas?
Hi, I was just wondering what I could use to get rid of stubborn trapped gas. Do I need something probiotic? What could I drink in the morning and night? I don't want to overdo it and make things worse. I'm not looking for a laxitive, just relieve gas. Diet is good, I exercise, drink water, I feel though that the way I exercise I don't let the daily fiber, or any other help to get rid of gas stay in my body because I am constantly working out every other day (like 2 hrs +) so I feel with me sweating, burning fat and body not properly recovering, I might need a herb to help. But the thing is I also get tired of drinking water only, so I would be doing a win win ya know. I love ginger and peppermint, but don't know when to drink it or how....Should I drink one only a day or two of the same (morning and night) or two of different ones? It's nothing serious, just annoying...
1 AnswerDiet & Fitness3 years agoI need some advice on detoxing/having good normal bowel movements/gaining great benefits from teas and detoxing drinks?
I already am a pretty healthy guy I'd say, but I always like a little more. I exercise of course, drink lots of water (all really I drink), eat my fruits and vegetables detox my body etc... and also have a healthy overall diet. But I like to know how to always "feel better". I drink apple cider vinegar, detoxing teas (yogi), lemon water to make that possible. However I am awre there can be dangers in doing these early single day, my questions are how do I know when to do them and not do them? I want to feel better, but I don't want to damage my body...
