They are less than 1/4 inch long. Have very short little legs. The wings are transparent. They don't really look like gnats, flies, or termites. HELP!

My two-year old left a crayon in her pocket and I washed and dried a load of laundry without knowing it was in there. Needless to say, I have melted red crayon on a load of clothes. Does anyone have any tips on what might work to get it out? They were all really nice clothes. Please help!!

I have somehow injured my knee. I do not have insurance at this time. The inside of my knee is in agonizing pain. I can hardly walk. Could someone please advise me as to what I can do to try and ease the pain? Like I said, I cannot afford to see a doctor at this point. If that is your answer, then you need not leave one.
