It basically looks like that, just a little more white. I like sort of bohemian styles but for going out I dress completely different, usually Gwen Stefani-esque, layers, black, detail, etc.

Any ideas for either style are very much appreciated!

I am leaving around 9am, which means I have to be at the airport by 7 which means I need to be up and get ready at 6.

After I get picked up at the airport by my boyfriend, I will be going straight to his parents house.

Any tips on what I should wear or things to bring along to dress up my outfit/makeup/hair before I get there?

A guy I've known for years recently asked me on a date.

I'm not interested, so I said no, but I felt bad and made up an excuse.

Now he texts me just about every day and I answer right back.

I'm not sure if I just don't feel confident in myself or what but why do I keep giving guys I'm not interested in so much time and not just in a friendly way- he's flirting, not just talking.

I don't know what to do.

I am supposed to be payed every two weeks.

For about a month, I noticed that my checks were dated for one weeks worth only (like I would work "Week 1" and "Week 2" and then only get paid for "Week 1" and then the next two weeks - "Week 3" and "Week 4" would pass and THEN I'd get the check for "Week 2").

Now my checks are back to being two weeks worth of pay, only thing is, we're about three weeks behind the actual date.

Shouldn't my pay be current and is it illegal for her to change the pay period at her whim?

I work in a hair salon as a receptionist, so our boss just looks at our time cards and makes are checks, so I'm not sure how to go about addressing this since it's a problem with my boss directly.

It was supposed to come on the 14th and it's the 30th and there is no sign of it. I haven't gained weight and I haven't had sex in three months, so what else might the cause be?
