I have an Iphone 5 that I don't want to unlock/jailbreak for more access to apps, but to sell as is or for parts. I know Iphone is advanced and I'm not even sure that I can open up this phone to get to the inside. I don't want to get ripped off or in trouble. I did not steal it, I made a stupid trade out of ignorance and now I'm stuck with it.

Where can I find more information about the practices and actual system that is used when an individual is "flagged" at a pharmacy for filling a medication such as a pain reliever or psychostimulant too early or too frequently by different providers? Is this system in place at the state level or the Fed level? Are the guidelines available to the public? I am trying to help someone who got screwed going to an ER in pain for the simple reason that her primary was dispensing like medications but unavailable for consult at the time. It was considered seeking and/Dr. shopping and this person does not even understand the concept of that. I would like to know where I can access this information because the medical community guards this information like it was the fountain of youth.

I have successfully filled out a quick payday loan app in the past, And had an English speaking person call right after with an offer. Is tjere someone who knows of this painless process? Its urgent. Tx

i am looking for the simplicity i had when i use a cable direct from camera ( or card) or iphone where you stuck the damn usb in and you get prompts from a program where to save and then a Choice where to edit( i use picasa and picnic primarily but others as well) without brain science? i have installed the hardware (Comp says its removable device) but none of my programs recognize the device or find files. i am not pc illiterate, what am i missing?

Sadly my beautiful M-in law recently passed and divided her estate among 6 siblings. To me, the will is only paper, because one piece of real estate still needs to sell, and I would imagine their would have to be some kind of lien against the estate that the executors and lawyer would have to address that would take even more time. My husband has a somewhat more naive take, we just take the will to the bank. Does anyone know is type of thing possible, and what it entails? We are staying with someone we are not supposed to be staying with, could endanger her housing, both unemployed, no car, and the apartment complex has offered us an apartment. Coming up with the money in a little over a month is not doable, even though we put a small deposit on it to show our intentions are to move out and not render my sister homeless. We have no other resources such as co-signers, credit, etc, Any bankers or real estate lawyers out there who know the answer?

Having just chosen BA for "songs about rain", I have just expanded my youtube playlist for a rainy night. I would like to get suggestions for a playlist about 'The Road". This could include songs about a particular road/street like "Penny Lane" or figurative road like "long and winding road", "hitting the road", figurative again using road for example meaning "path in life", or fun road songs like The Doors "LA Woman" that I'd call "Road Songs" meant to be fun songs to listen to when heading somewhere and want to listen to something that gets you pumped for the trip. Please no metal,rap, sap, or crap. Also, most country songs are about the road, so I will save that for a whole other playlist. (LOL) BA goes to a shorter list with good video links rather than an endless list of songs mentioning "the road". Tx

my husband is good friends with a guy from a Grateful Dead cover band that is very popular in the greater Boston area. He commented to my husband that they need a manager but don't want to give up "control". I have no issues with control, I believe in what I already know of them. they are good friends and get along well so my position on that is one of a democracy or vote. Obviously, I am interested but haven't a clue the details of the job. What I do know, is that I love the music and the band, I'm very persuasive and persistent but not obnoxious, and can talk any body into almost anything. I am a night owl, do not like "structured" jobs, and don't care all that much about a huge salary. I am also intelligent, motivated and enthusiastic. I asked my husband to ask without mentioning me, what they were looking for in a manager, before he replied to his friends comment in email. He was hesitant, and now it would seem random to ask. It seems like he was either afraid I could not do the job and it would affect the friendship, or has no faith in my ability, but I'd like not to think that is the case. Can someone tell me the characteristics (and ballpark pay) of a popular local band, as well as the personality qualities of someone who could effectively manage this band? They are all a bunch of fun loving guys, two of whom attended and played at my wedding reception.

I just installed xp on acer aspire 5735. I couldn't get wireless adapter working. The machine came loaded with Vista. Tried to download drivers from Acer, also from getpcmemory.com. When I look in devices, it is just a question mark, so I know that it is not working. It appears I do not have the correct driver, (recomended online) but they don't work. Help? Please tell me how you know?

My husband is usually the man for the job, but I need to copy a DVD for a friend for Christmas, and he is too busy trying to reformat the hard drive on my laptop and download drivers and such, says he doesn't have his software and it's time consuming. I'm OK on computers, not a dummy, but not super technical at all. Especially when it comes to terminology and where things are located. Please recommend an effective way to do this that maybe a fourth grader could handle?

Last year I frequented Answers quite a bit, and every time I would type not on on Answers but in Email, I could type a few characters, then the cursor jumps randomly and implants itself somewhere else in the text. I stopped using answers after my husband wiped out the computer. Well, I just started using answers again a couple of days ago, and low and behold, the same problem? Is there a fix for this? I hate it.

Our Acer laptop came with the hatable Vista, we are eligible for upgrade, husband wants fresh install. Took matters in his own hands and downloaded Magic ISO tool which will not allow creation of a bootable disk over 300 MB. ISO is ballpark 3.3 gig. The goal is to boot from disk, delete and format hard drives, install OS. It is the Win 7 Ulitmate AIO we want to have, please provide additional stumbling blocks in this effort if you are aware of any. Especially driver issues, or 64 bit issues, etc Machine is Acer Aspire 5735. Company would only allow upgrade because we did not previously downgrade to xp. Not a trust issue, but please tell me how you know, we want to pick the most knowledgable for BA and success of installation.

I'm getting too much spam on my main Yahoo address, already have a second one that I am clueless for password or username, and already have gmail (not thrilled with it) and I also have live.com that I don't find user friendly. I've looked at endless lists of providers compared storage and all that, but I do like a program that is easy to use but I do enjoy my bells and whistles as well, I like to send photo's and attachments quite a bit. I've heard Lycos is OK, and a few others but then you read how they interfere with certain other features of your browser (firefox) and I'm confused. Please recommend a free email program that supports Mozilla and can effectively handle photo's and maybe a few cool bells and whistles? Also, if I punt and decide to go gmail, do they allow a second address to each user?

I bought an acer laptop from craigslist about 6 months ago and my husband and I hate Vista. We have met every requirement for a fresh install except one. In order to go from Vista to XP and still get the fresh install from Acer, we would have to have downgraded previously. Otherwise, all we get is an update. We do have the disk with product key, but it was handed down by a previous employer. Will Acer deny this? How would they know? Or is it just something trivial like already having drivers/similar. Is there a way around this? Please just tell me how you know this info (I don't care about legality issues as much as making sure that it's done right). TX

I thought camera's were easy when you calculated your own F-stop and light exposure and lense speed etc. Few years back got a digital 35mm. Sold it, It had too much of a mind of it''s own. Now, I have a profound interest in macrophotography, know I'm gonna have to suck it up and learn a thing or two, but the question is, What is the best camera for it's value for macro that doesn't get too crazy with the doo dads? I'm not the techie type, obviously, but have a great photogs eye.

I was every unsuccessful searching for music on limewire last night, and could not get results for even an easy search. Then I read that it can only use bit torrents to download, not search and to use the internet. Ok, so exactly what does that mean, is it any good, and how do I do it? My objective is to get the music I know is on there onto my iphone. Please help asap, I'm bored and want to do it.

I have pretty good comp skills, but the concept of and ipod is new to me, and I just got an iphone. I know how to download and transfer files from limewire onto my ipod, but can I do it with youtube by saving it to a file (and where) and then how would I convert it to something I can put onto my iphone?
