I just picked up this washer (used) today, per the seller it is about 6 years old and works great. I ran it empty and noticed when it was finished there was some water pooled in the bottom. I didn't really think much of it, but when I added clothes it and started it, it didn't do anything, didn't add more water, didn't agitate, didn't spin, it made some noises like it was doing "something" but nothing actually happened, it eventually beeped like it was finished but the clothes were dry except for the ones at the bottom that were in the pool from the "dry" run.

I would love to get it working before hubby tries to use it since he didn't really want to buy it(we really only needed a dryer, but they were selling the set). I took the clothes out and dried to run it empty again, and this time it didn't go anything. Seriously want to scream right now

My horse trailer is in dire need of new tires so I can finally use it! They don't make the tires it currently has on it anymore, they are michelin XCA's, I was hoping michelin would be able to help, but when I contacted them they just told me they don't make tires to support the weight needed anymore.

I tried getting measurements of the tires themselves, but I'm a bit confused as the rim measured 16", but I thought R15 meant a 15" rim(maybe I was measuring wrong tho since my car had R16's and they measured 17" as well). The side wall(I think that's what it's called, from the rim to the edge of the tire) measured 6" and across the tread measured 5". Rims have 5 lug nuts if that matters. Yesterday when I started my car is started a bit funny, then as I was driving I wasn't getting as much power as usual. If I kept on the gas the car would start making "putting" noises and the check engine light would start flashing, today it's doing the same thing, only when I first put the car in reverse it started shaking really badly. I had the head gasket repaired about 2 years ago and symptoms are similar, but could it really be that again? The car hasn't overheated at all, but it's been cold and I haven't driven it more then 3 miles at a time.

In the video you can somewhat see it shake and about 3 minutes in you can hear it making the noise, I think the RPM gauge is showing it's revving a bit funny at times as well.

I have a monitor kerosene heater, it's old(not sure how old). It had the fan replaced before we started using it about 3 years ago and recently we've been having problems with it. It will run fine for a while but then all of a sudden it starts making little clicking sounds and then within a few minutes the burner indicator light starts flashing to indicate it's no longer working. Sometimes it will run fine for hours, other times it won't run 10 minutes without shutting off. It's really a pain when it goes off in the middle of the night because by morning it's freezing in the house! Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be wrong with it? There isn't anyone around who will come out to look at it and with it being our main heat source, it's not really possible to bring it some where until after winter.

A friend of mine is changing the ignition coil and spark plugs on my car tomorrow and is going to recharge my A/C as well, they've never done it before but they said if I look up how to do it and the the coolant they'll do it for me while they are already working on it. Can anyone point me to instructions on how to recharge it. Thanks

I'm going to have a friend of mine recharge my A/C in my 2000 Subaru outback L wagon and from what I can tell it needs R134 refrigerant but all I seem to find online is R134A. Are they the same? I can't find thing that says the difference.

I've been trying to post question on the horse section and when i click on the horse section they are not listed there, but they do show up when i look at "my questions" they also haven't gotten any answers(posted last night) which is unusual so i'm pretty sure they just aren't posting. anyone have any idea why now? I just bought a pair of tall boots, i'm in the process of breaking them in, they need to drop a bit, which from what i understand is normal, but while they are very tight right under my knee(so much so they are hard to zip) around the middle of my leg and ankle they are so loose i can pinch about an inch of the boot, if this normal or will they have to be taken in around there?

I just bought a bag for my horse and I need to know how many cups or 3 quart scoops weighs a pound. I do have a scale in my barn but i really don't trust it's accuracy and can't get another scale right now.

I have a gelding who is about 36 years old, i've had him for 13 years and i want to keep him as healthy as possible, every winter for the last 2 or so winters he's lost a lot of weight so this year i'm going to do everything i can to keep him fat, he is missing all but 4 molars on the bottom and all his top are gone(he has 2 bottom on each side but they are not next to each other)

He only gets grain once a day because with my son and work schedule i can only get out there around noon and then 5 and that would be too close together to feed grain(but i make sure he has enough hay to eat pretty much all the time) Right now he gets 2.5 3 quart scoops of Purina senior soaked to mush,with 1 scoop of alfalfa pellets also soaked. I went to tractor supply company and got him rolled oats, rice bran and beet pulp, I did buy a scale to weigh the stuff(i just keep forgetting to bring it back to the barn with me) My question is about how much of all of this should i be feeding? He is a 14.2HH arab/quarter who weighs about 800lbs(although i haven't taped him in a few months so that could be off) I also blanket him, he has a heavy weight blanket an attached neck cover and for really cold days he has a fleece liner on under it(lately it's been in the teens here with windchill below 0)

I rescued Legacy from the kill pen 6 months ago, and I've noticed that he is hypersensitive, for instance when i lightly pat him on the neck he shakes his head almost like it itches his ears, and now that i have started riding him even the reins touching him on the neck will make him shake his head, I had the vet out back in july for vaccines,a dental and check up on all of them and when the vet injected him with the sedative he also shook his head(and for the vaccines) She didn't seem to think anything of it, but i had massages for the horses set up for yesterday and she wasn't even able to do him because every time she tried he would do that, it got to the point where he would do it before she even touched him, had anyone ever had a horse do this before, she's going to come back out next saturday and try again, but I'd really like to dine the underline cause, the vet was very traumatic for him, so ideally i'd rather not put him through an exam until he is due again. We bought this tv off craigslist in june of 09 ago for $60, it's a Hitachi 50" gx30B but i'm not sure how old it is, when we got it the conversion tubes were going bad so in april we paid about 300 to get that fixed, now all of a sudden, in the last week the picture will jump up and down, it seems to get worse when someone is making a lot of motion in front of it(like my 3yr old jumping up and down in front of it) or if it suddenly gets very loud, it doens't do it constantly, but when it does it will do it for 10-15minutes before it stops....so does anyone have any idea what is wrong with it? So my Appy , Legacy completely destroyed his feed bucket, it was just one of those corner buckets that are round instead of triangle, supposed to be really durable, well after a few months of his abuse, it's in pieces, he paws and hits the bottom of the bucket with his knee and slams his mouth into the bottom, right now he's eating out of a rubber feeder on the ground, but he's constantly throwing it around spilling the food everywhere, so can anyone suggest a feeder that can last through his abuse?

i need to get a new saddle for Legacy my appy, i thought the one i had for my old gelding would fit him, but i'm pretty sure it's too narrow causing it to slide back, i have a wintec dressage saddle for my OTTB and according to the gullet system he would need the wide plate(the white one) and the western saddle i have looks to be about as wide as the blue plate(i think that's the medium wide, but i can't remember) Anyway, can anyone suggest a good affordable trail saddle for him? here is a pic of him http://i920.photobucket.com/albums/ad46/Rachel1786...

I've never clipped any of my horses before(but i'm a dog groomer so i'm sure i could) but I have a 13year old OTTB who is in training 4 days a week and with her thick coat she is getting very sweaty and it takes forever for her to cool off and dry so my trainer thinks that we should do a partial clip for the winter, i have a really good thick blanket for her, but i'm just not sure if i should clip her. What are the pros and cons of clipping and do you guys think it's a good idea? I don't even think she is that fuzzy, but then again i'm comparing her coat to my 35year old arab/quarter horse and his hair is about an inch-2 long lol

I have made 2 documents in photoshop cs3, both with text and when i try to save them it will not let me save them as jpeg, I can only save as .psd .psb .exr ,portable bit map, radiance or tiff Does anyone know why is won't let me save it as jpeg?
