I have a gift card for radio shack and I want to use it towards a good set of in ear earphones, I have heard that bose and beats are some of the best in the market, but any suggestions for other brands are also welcome.

Mainly what I'm looking for is good sound quality with maximum blocking from outside noise, also I don't want to subject strangers to my music choices so any that works with high volume that blocks my subway neighbors from hearing my music.

In 2007 I lost a Very dear Dog, we spent three weeks posting missing signs anywhere available, and drove to every single mailbox in the neighborhood and placed a missing poster in them as well. she had a collar with phone numbers as well as a microchip with my info in it. Today after four years i receive a call from the shelter telling me that my dog was put to sleep, apparently the "New Owner" never took care of her and she was infested with infections and maggets, amongst other things. they say they cant release the person's information.

Can I sue this person? the outrage and the rage i am feeling right now are overwhelming.

My friend was carring my 11 month old puppy and she jumped off his arms, after she was on the floor she started screaming (of course) so you know i piked her up and conforted her she seemed to be ok she walked and play like normal, a couple of hours later she started drooling a lot and just wont stop, she dont seem to mind and her behavior is the same, but im still concern is her behavior result of the fall? is something broken inside? my friend says is a result of the trauma and that it will stop is this true?

I had a tenant who moved out two months ago, the lease was up, gave him a Notice to vacate and he left, he left a couple of things for storage,(Out of his room of course) while he was able to move them to his new place, I gave him 15 Days to do so, well it has been two months and his stuff is still here then I found out he has been sneaking into my house late night or when mi car is not parked outside, so i decide to change the locks, he arrived one night and when found the locks changed, he called the police, the cops came in and verify that in fact his things have been out of the room for two months and his room have been rented by somebody else (copy of rent stubs were shown) but still he keeps threating me saying that he will go to the sheriff's departament and sue me because according to him I "Evicted Him" I have copy of the lease, copy of the notice to vacate, stubbs from the first to the last day he payed rent, hshould i do anything else to protect myself? thanx
