Bose VS Beats Please Help?

I have a gift card for radio shack and I want to use it towards a good set of in ear earphones, I have heard that bose and beats are some of the best in the market, but any suggestions for other brands are also welcome.

Mainly what I'm looking for is good sound quality with maximum blocking from outside noise, also I don't want to subject strangers to my music choices so any that works with high volume that blocks my subway neighbors from hearing my music.

    Gozawest,

I usually resist answering the Bose v. Beats questions but for some reason your question touched me. Firstly, I don't know it Radio Shack carries either brand. Secondly, you could trade the gift card for the money allowing you to have more of options other than Radio Shack. From a public standpoint the more polite sound system are earbuds. I don't know if it bothers you to use earbuds, but they are not bulky and they don't bring attention to themselves like over the ear headphones.

Earbuds will allow you to get more for your money and a better quality sound than headphones, you are paying for less material and more raw performance that fits in the ear canal. Take a look at RHA MA 450i earbuds. This brand is guranteed for 3 years. A small outfit out of Scotland. You may not know much about ear buds after reading a few sentences on the Reid and Heath site you would be hard pressed to match anything against them for under $50.00. This brand is such a good buy because they need the business and they are putting out earbuds with premium materials and technology as a result you and I get a balanced well rounded sound that really stays out of the way of what the music intends. Check out Amazon.com

If you like Bose, look at the Bose earbuds. Between Bose and Beats it is a matter of taste and a little bit of know how. It is one of those things you have to listen to if you can. Ony then will it fly or not. Another brand is Sennheiser hard to go wrong with them. I would consider their over the ear headphones with the best of them. I hope this helps guide your decision even a little bit.

    Enjoy

If were you i would most definitely go with bose. I just bought a pair of bose ear buds and they produce the best sound ive ever heard in my life. Bose is known for its noise canceling, its durability, its sound quality, comfort and many other things. There are only two things that beats by dre have over bose and they are bass and style, otherwise bose is 100% better. Beats are way over rated. All the celeberties have them to make them look good, but bose does not need to advertise like that because they are the best and owners of their products know that. The new bose earbuds are better looking than the beats earbuds in my opinion. Go with bose. If you go with beats you will regret it.

Sennheiser via far and the in reality cans i am going to wrap my ears round, Bose is high-quality yet too expensive IMO by using their call (like how Sony is), Beats are crap. Atm i'm utilising the Sennheiser HD380 professional's that list at $2 hundred.00, yet you'll get them for plenty a lot less at amazon. large frequency reaction and sound rigidity element (110db) and the in reality pair of cans i have had the position the bass quite thumps my chest! Replaceable ear pads and coiled cable.
