I am semi-retired geologist living in Drumheller, Alberta, Canada. I worked for a major oil company in Calgary for several decades in the coal and oil business. I have loved geology since I was a kid so retiring in Drumheller made sense. We have a world class museum of paleontology (Royal Tyrrell) set in beautiful badlands rich in dinosaur fossils. I am currently launching a geological tour business, volunteer with two local earth science museums and am involved with a musical festival.

2 AnswersMental Health8 years agoWindows 7 Search Not Working?
Search stopped working in Outlook 2010 and the file manager. I tried to index - it is still running a week later (the number of indexes goes down and then up - is it looping?). I tried a Windows repair to no avail.
What is going on and how do I fix it?
1 AnswerSoftware10 years agoFrozen Hood latch - Pontiac G8 GT?
I have a 08 Pontiac G8 GT and live in a cold climate (Alberta, Canada). The first cold snap and my hood won't open - the dealers only suggestion is to bring it in to their garage to thaw out. I can't do this ever time I need to put washer fluid in or other time I need engine access!
Any suggestions?
