Hi, I have a question which has been bugging me for some time.

I once saw a video on youtube of a woman talking at a conference about same-sex marriage. I can't for the life of me remember what the conference was called and I am dying to find out.

All I remember is:

- she wasn't a 'famous person', so this means that anybody can hold a speech

- there were loads more videos of other people of all ages talking about basically anything

- all the speeches were about 5 minutes in length

- I seem to remember that there was a rule that you were allowed a maximum amount (10 maybe?) of powerpoint slides

- the conference name had something to do with 'rock' or 'stone', something in that direction...

- I remember thinking that it looked like a shorter version of a TED speech.

This might seem very vague and I agree but I am hoping that this combination of facts will ring a bell in someone.

I have a mac, and I want the folder in which my itunes library is nice and tidy again. In other words, my back ups deleted! How to do this? Thanks!

I have had enough of Thunderbird and am switching to Mail.app on mac. I have about 4 gigs of mail on gmail and I don't want to sync all of that to the mail.app. Every time I connect the accounts together it start downloading the thousands of emails. What am I to do?

Like the above states: is there any way to keep watched YouTube videos on your iPod Touch WITHOUT jailbreaking your ipod/ iphone? I other words: viewing the videos offline.

Its a square, black and white picture. You can scan it with your camera/ phone and then you get an ad or a website online. You see them next to real ads so that you can look for more information online regarding that product.

I would like to format my external hard drive on my mac (OS 10.6.4).

+ I need it to be viewable on mac and windows.

+ I need to be able to put big files (>8GB) on it

+ I don't want DS files.

Can anyone help me? Which is the best option? The first option isn't a must, because there a re programs to make the hard drive visible on a windows computer right?

I have an ipod with this feature, but what is the use of having this feature, seeing you need the microphone on the earpiece, which also contains the buttons? It seems to be waste of time seeing as you need to hold down the menu button...

My hard drive has crashed. Since my iTunes library was kept in that drive, that too has vanished. However, I do have my iPod Touch where (practically) all my music was in. How can I get that music (and my purchases, games + songs) back into a new iTunes library?

So: I would like everything that's on my iPod back into my mac.

It is a choir song. From a scary movie, I think something like damien (the Omen). I remember that it was during a scene where a little boy falls through the ice and then (I think) Damien lets the ice freeze over him. You here this song playing then. It's not Ave Satani. Because it is sung by women.

I have an iPod Touch and it's really annoying to not have internet. So my question; is it possible to receive internet anywhere? I'm willing to pay.

I would like to update my system to Snow Leopard. Currently I have Tiger. To buy Snow Leopard it costs 29 dollars. This seems very little for a new operating system. So do I need to buy Leopard first and then pay another 10 dollars to update it to Snow Leopard? Thanks!

I was just wondering, coz when you take a bath you fill it up once and that's it, while a shower is water falling continuously. Although, there could also be the fact that if you take a LONG shower it would be better to take a bath. So how long would I have to shower in order for a bath to become cheaper?

I'm thinking of buying a new macbook but I don't know whether this is a good thing to do. Is mac planning on releasing new thing in the coming year or so? New hardware of laptops. It would be a waste to buy a computer and have a new, improved one come out the following year.

I have a problem: I'm trying to empty my macbook by transferring files to my external hard drive. The "Macintosh Hard drive says that i am using 72 gb (of my 80) but I cant find what is filling it. I've looked in my pictures, music, movies, documentsapplicationss en desktop folder but when i add those up i come to 35 gb.

Then I Iooked into my "home" folder and in there there was a total of 50gb. But then I look into the folder and again it doesn't add up. Where do I have to look to delete files? Are they hidden? Or in special folders, or are they old updates( of microsoft office/ mac)

Please help me!!! I really want to tidy my computer

I'm up to the part where I have to defeat the elite four in pokemon pearl and I was wondering what would be the best pokemon to have with you/ and what level. Also to get the nat. dex. You have to see all 150 pokemon but how to you see dialga if you dont have diamond, or know anybody who has dialga??
