A month today i'm going away on holiday and, as per usual, i've left trying to get a bikini body until the last moment. I'm 16 and I weigh just under 9 stone. I'm currently eating 1500 calories or less per day by swapping unhealthy foods for more healthy foods with less calories. I'm also exercising for 20 minutes per day by either doing zumba or having a full body workout. Is that enough to help me to tone my body in the next month?

Before this week I was eating around 2000 calories per day (or maybe even more) and didn't exercise at all.

I want to take English Literature, Geography, Media Studies and Drama.

I'm considering swapping Drama for History, but I really do enjoy Drama.

When i'm older I want to go into television somewhere and work with the media.

I'm in Year 10 and have about a month until my GCSE modules in Science and one in Geography. I've made a revision timetable so I know which subjects to revise each day, but I don't know how long I should spend altogether each day?

It's quite hard to revise it all without doing 8 hours a day, but I know that's way too much. I'm trying to split each weekend and after school period to do 2 subjects each day.

So for example, i'll do Biology and Chemistry tomorrow, then Biology and Physics the day after. (because my biology exam is a week before and i'm bad at it ;D)

How long would you recommend on a weekday and after schools to spend revising?
