I've upgraded my laptop to Windows 7 a little over a year and a half ago and when I first installed Win7 I was able to download the drivers on HP's website and it worked fine. Now when I try it says that the driver installation was a failure. I still get audio to play through my speakers but the microphone doesn't work. Any help?

I'm 19, I go to college, I have a part time job, and I have a ton of great friends! But like most relationships, my buds and I haven't really been what we used to. I've headed a different way once I left high school and yeah. Anyways I've always been pretty shy myself, and I normally made friends by hanging out with my friends and getting to know theirs. I don't think I'm weird or anything, I love how I dress and the music I listen too. I just need some good ice breakers to meet new people!

I started going back to school a few weeks ago so now I have school work to do about 4 nights of the week. The days I don't go to school I'm at work. I work around an opening to close shift the days I work just so I can afford to get back and forth to school. I don't really have any other distractions in my life but I've been just getting loaded with family problems recently. I don't even have anyone really to vent to anymore. My friends are usually busy and I'm single atm. I'd like to get someone in my life to make the next day something to look forward to but in the mean time I'm as miserable as can be. Does anyone have any tips?

I'm going for my sophomore year of college this fall. I only know around 5 people at the campus, seeing as I went to a community college for my freshman year. What's a good way to start talking to people?

Well I thought it was just my flash player because youtube videos would have a minor lag where the video would stop playing for like 1/10th of a second. until i realized it was also anything video based. now i have even realized it's also text! if i'm typing online if will actually stop typing on the screen for a few moments and then catch up with what i have typed since. i think there may be something wrong with firefox if anything. i'm going to try another web browser, probably chrome, just to see if it's a mozilla issue or my computer. well if anyone knows any clues then plz help!

It's been about over 9 months now. This girl I dated for about a year and a half broke up with me back in April for someone else. One of my friends over heard a conversation she was having the other day, she was asked if she ever loved me, she just replied with "Not really." Why does this still **** with me so bad? I should be over her.

I was with this girl for just around a year and a half, and out of the clear blue she said she wasn't happy with me. 4 days later she has another boyfriend. Now she was my 1st real gf, and even though that doesn't really bug me now, I will always care. But what is the best way to confront this problem?
