I have an HTC Hero for Sprint and I have had one since Christmas, but the battery life on it sucks. So I was wondering where I could buy another HTC Hero without getting it activated or something like that? I just want one that I can use the charger on and swap batteries when I need it. Please help. Thanks! =]

They banned skinny jeans at a school in Texas.. I'm 13, they are the only jeans I own. A lot of guys in my grade wear them. Am I the only one who thinks that is the dumbest thing ever..? I mean, they are JEANS, why does it matter what kind of jeans we wear!?

So, me and my brother use the Xbox. I'm the person who has the family leader or what ever you want to call it. So, he wants to download the Left 4 Dead 2 Demo. But he can't because of the family settings. It lets me download anything because my E-mail says I'm 55, lol. But I don't have Xbox Live. So I can't download it. How can he get passed the thing and download it. By the way, the Left 4 Dead 2 Demo is rated M. HELP!! Thanks! :D

I want to work there, Im 13 but I will be 14 in Feb. So I want to work there sometime after then. Ive heard they hire at 14 but I just wanted to make sure. I couldn't find it on they're website. I live in Oregon so I already know the child labor law. I don't need a work permit and I can only work 2 or 3 hours on school days and 8 on non school days. Thanks! :D

Ok so my brothers friend and I are friends but what ever. Ok so he is dating this girl that he has dated like NO joke 5 times. So it really makes me mad I don't know why it just does. Ok so he is dating her AGAIN and she has cheated on him and has every time liked someone else while she was dating him including my brother! So one night he was at my house and he said he is NEVER gonna date her again and if I do I will pay to ten bucks we shook on it. ( He never payed but w/e ) And he called her stupid and a bich and she is ugly and dumb blah blah. I refuse to talk to him now that he is dating her and wont talk to him until he breaks up with her. So would you do this? OH btw what makes this a LOT funnier is that they are in 6th and 7th grade ha ha! Yeah ok. So I just don't want him to be so desperate like later in life.

Ok so the other night my brothers friend was on my computer and when I went in there I caught him looking for porn or something and he was trying to close it. So he said it just popped up. I believed him and rebooted the computer so it went away. My computer doesn't get pop ups or anything. So last night I come in and find it on there again and him trying to close it. But there was a bunch more and so when i went up to the computer hes like I swear it just popped up! So I closed it and looked through the history and find stuff like biggest boobs and a bunch of other crap. So then I said dude it doesn't just pop up! What do you think? Is he telling the truth? I also didn't find any searches for porn or anything. But his sister and I are friends and she told me that she finds porn on her computer and she thinks its her brother. So im not sure what to do....

I was just wondering about this... Who likes the PS3 better and who likes the Wii? Why? I like the PS3 better because it has better games and it has more games and more of the games have online play. But I also like the Wii I just like the PS3 better. I think the Wii is more for little kids and has games for younger children. I liked the Gamecube and its games but the Wii is just weird. I own both systems and like them but honestly i think people are wasting their money on the Wii when they should buy the PS3... So what do you like better?
