I own my townhouse.

I have stachybotrys on drywall in the basement. It's never wet on my side, but that wall is shared with the townhouse next door. About two years ago place #B flooded and flooded #C which is the one next door, but I got no water. The neighbor's kid said they have mold in the wall. I just found that out last week.

Also we have alot of penecillum and aspergillum mold spores in our furnace filter. I'm going to get an air test done to see how much mold is in the air.

Another thing is that water has poured from the basement ceiling (which is 5 feet above ground) for over 10 years now when it rains from the north. I've had tons of people out, work done, and no one can seem to stop the water coming in. We think it's the sliding glass door but are not sure. That water also goes through the kitchen floor, to the basement wall which you can't get to because the bathroom wall is about 5 inches from it. So no one can see if there is mold back in there. Which I'm betting there is. The wooden kitchen floor has been ruined from the years of water coming in. I'm now thinking there's probably mold under there.

If any of you have experiences with mold please let me know if it's possible to completely get a place rid of mold or if I should just say screw it and leave.

I'm an online marketer not a sales person and I've never seen a sales kit or a sales schedule. However, I have been requested to make a sales kit for our products and what I'm calling a sales schedule because I don't know the real name. It is to be a schedule of what salespeople do on what days such as day 1 cold call and send follow up email, day 3 do this, day 5 do this, etc.

How do I create this and are there any good examples that you can point me towards?

How do I calibrate my monitor and printer to the same icc profile? I use adobe lightroom.

Just got and set up a canon mp560 printer. It printed photos way too dark, flat and too blue. I found the icc profile and am using that to print out of adobe lightroom. Photos are not flat now, but too red!

Does any graphics person know what I need to do to get these photos printing out correctly?
