My friend and I are very concerned about her neighbor's dogs. They keep them outside in a cage with a bucket of food and a bucket of water, with a dog house in the corner. The water and its container are gross and look contaminated, and the bucket of food has dirt and bugs in it. One of the dogs have wounds on its ear and flies are constantly bugging the open wounds. It's also chained to a pole in the middle of the cage and can't easily move around. We've never seen them out of the cage, which means they never go on walks or out in the yard. Their cage is filthy. We want to report the owners, but she looked on the website and it said it should be reported if the dogs do not have food, water, shelter, or proper needs. I would happily take both of the dogs and love them, they're sweet dogs, but we've never met the owners before. What should we do? We both love the dogs very much, and want what's best for them. :(

I just got back from camping, (wearing bug spray and tic repellent) and it started with an irritation in my throat, but now, 36 hours later, I have swollen glands, trouble sleeping, a headache constantly, and a fever. Do I have the flu? Im not sick to the stomach, yet anyway. Thanks!

I've had him for four months, and we hold him and let him run around in his ball for a while. But when we take him out of the cage and do the hand over hand walk, he starts hissing and his ears stick up. What is he doing? It's not like he's biting or anything, and he's a smart rodent. But why does he hiss?

What kind of fabric do they use around the belly to make it stiff? Or how do they make it?

I just watched Kaze no Stigma and was COMPLETeLY unsatisfied with the ending. I'm looking for an anime with a satisfying ending, with romance. As little blood as possible is great. Don't recommend Neo Angelic Abyss! That ending got me more riled up than Kaze no Stigma!

I'd also like it to be a comedy, too. Recommend more that one or two, because chances are, I've seen them.

The main character is a unicorn with, I think a dragonfly or something, as a friend. All of the unicorns are taken captive by dragons except the main unicorn. As he tries to find his race, his horn grows through experience, then finds the unicorns held captive by dragons behind a waterfall. What is te name of the book? Please help?

At the very end of Maid Sama ep 12, it shows Usui and Misaki in the Infirmary. Usui mentions how she hurt herself pretty bad. How did she hurt herself? Was it just from competing in all of those races? If so, then how'd she get a wound on her hand, too?

I first watched Inuyasha. I was a bit stunned at the blood in it, but I loved the characters. I then watched Tokyo Mew Mew, and also fell in love with that. Then I tried Special A and loved it. Finally I watched Ouran High School Host Club and loved it. I think I like these because; 1. Loveable Characters 2. Romantic 3. Comedy 4. They relate to school. I couldn't find a good anime description on anime net. I prefer the following:

1. A romantic comedy

2. Non-violent

3. Really easy to get into
