I got a Samsung Galaxy amp only a month ago and have been using the navigation application that came with the phone (simply called "Navigation" and the icon looks like the icon in this picture: http://tabletcommunity.de/blog/wp-content/uploads/... Yesterday, I tried to access it and it has completely disappeared from my phone! I went through the applications in alphabetical order and it just isn't there.
Is there any possible way I might have accidentally deleted it? I thought some default applications could not be removed. Is there a way to restore this? I tried checking the play store but it isn't there. There are others, but I got used to this one and cannot understand why it has just disappeared from my phone. It's quite upsetting!

I want to change the color of the button and also have it change again upon being clicked. I cannot figure out the code for the function.
Please help. Or direct me to a website that can.
I've looked on forums with posts about similar subjects, but I cannot find anything that will allow me to change the color of the button upon being clicked.

Due to the amount of competition out there, I am a bit confused and unsure. I know I definitely do not want Apple (because I've always believed it's a bit overrated--don't attack me). I'm thinking about the Nexus, but it doesn't have an SD slot or even a USB port, and I would like my tablet to have either one of those. Although educational apps for school related stuff would be helpful, I don't need it particularly for work or school. Just personal use, but I am a college student. I'm looking for the best cheapest deal I can get. I have always been a fan of Toshiba, but their tablets are too expensive. Don't know much about Asus.
Any recommendations or reviews?

I just downloaded Ubuntu 11.10, the latest version, through the CD/USB stick option from their website. Then I double clicked on it to open it up and the "TOSHIBA Disc Creator" window comes up giving me the option to insert a CD download the "Image to Disc" or whatever. I went through all that and did it. Then I went to "My Computer," and clicked on "DVD RW Drive (D:) Ubuntu blablabla" ... and ABSOLUTELY nothing comes up. After a while, a dialogue box comes up and says something about a parameter being incorrect or screwed up or whatever. I decided to take the CD out and put it in again, but the disc creator is now telling me that the disc is neither empty nor rewritable. I wasted two CDs trying to give it another shot, but the same thing happens. I'm not great with computers, but I really want to try Ubuntu.
