Which would YOU prefer to display fashion?

a. The present "arrogant" looking super thin models or

b. Models who smile or at least look interested in what they're doing and with a few curves to fill out the clothes they're showing.

Personally, I think there's nothing nicer than a pretty girl with a nice smile, nice hair and make-up and nice clothes/shoes. I think it should be the whole package otherwise, you might as well run mannequins or clothes hangers down the runway.

I work in an area where there are a lot of young Muslim girls who wear the hi jab. One of my workmates claimed that the families of these girls are paid for this. It doesn't sound right, but could somebody confirm or deny this as I' d like to dispute this kind of misinformation?

As an Aussie, I always select Australian Questions because the questions and answers that appear here from the USA seem like they are from another planet sometimes???

I saw on the news during the week that some mindless idiot executed a flying head-butt on a policeman who was trying to subdue an equally stupid offender.

I think that if anybody assaults, hits, pushes or in any way physically interferes with a police officer, they should get an automatic 90 days in the slammer and then they can be dealt with for whatever it was the policeman stopped them for in the first place.

There's also a good case for similar penalties for those who attack other emergency professionals like fireries and ambos. What sort of moron attacks these community helpers?

I've come across a number of cases where people have gone to a vet for some emergency medical help for a sick or injured pet and afterwards won't pay the bill. If you're one of those people, how do you justify this?

I call my wife "Chippies" because she loves potato chips when she has a few drinks.

Our little dog, who normally hates water and runs a mile at "bath time" just stood there while we poured two bowls of cold water over him and he then drank the third all in one go. It was over 40 degrees for a couple of days this week. How about yours?
