My cat's been gone since yesterday: I'm guessing that she saw a chance to escape when someone was on their way out of the house at some point in the morning or early afternoon, before I got home from school.

She loves going outside, but I never set her down on the ground ( I occasionally hold her and take her outside while getting the mail or something.) Other people in my house let her our when I'm not home and I always end up having to chase after her, but she's never been out of the house for more than a few hours in the 2 years that I've had her.

I didn't see her at all yesterday during my search, but I spotted her running by with another cat earlier today. I chased them, the other cat fled, and she ran under one of her usual bushes. She stayed there for a while as I attempted to coax her out, then eventually ran through a hole in the neighbor's fence. I saw her again later today, with the same cat and one other and she ran from me when she realized that I was trying to catch her.

She looks like she's having fun and it seems like she'll never want to come home on her own, but some people I've talked to seem so sure that she'll come home, so I have 2 questions: 1) Will she ever willingly want to come home? 2) What can I do to lure her back?

I've been looking for a job for about a year (I've never had one before) and I've applied to McDonald's, Kmart, Popeye's, Boston Market, etc. and I've gotten either no reply or an impersonal "we regret to inform you that you do not meet minimum qualifications" email. I'm 16 years old, honest, trustworthy, and a hard worker (not trying to toot my own horn, but still) and i can't get so much as a call back or interview to prove it to the establishments I apply to. Where should I apply for a guaranteed job? (an interview or some sort of positive reply at the least)

P.S. Some places also require a resume, what format should I use that won't show off my lack of experience?

I'm filling out a job application online and the site says "https," which is supposed to mean that the site is safe to put your information into, but I want to be sure. Is it safe or is it possible that my identify can be stolen or something?

From what I understand, the bible was written by more than one person, and reconstructed from stories passed down from generation to generation. If this is true, why is it so important in the Christian and Catholic (etc.) religions? Do people actually believe that the stories are true or do they use them to teach lessons on life? If they aren't thought to be true, how do you know that Jesus is true and what he supposedly did is true? If they aren't thought to be true, what proof is there that Jesus and God are any more real than Santa Claus and the Easter Bunny?

My dad thinks that he is losing his memory, what are some good activities to help him with this problem?

For the past 3 days, I've been trying to create an account for myspace, and it works fine for about 10 minutes, but then I get automatically signed out and when I try to log back in, it says "Invalid friend" and that my account has either been canceled (by myself) or deleted. I've tried to report the problem, but the site doesn't let me. What's going on?

Last school year (this is high school), I had spanish class with this guy, let's call him Josh. Josh would always try to give me high fives, talk to me and smile at me, wink at me and I would ALWAYS catch him staring. I pretty much knew that he liked me, but I kind of saw it as creepy at first. Towards the end of the school year, I saw it less as creepy and more as sweet and cute. Making a long story short, I think I might be interested in him, but we have no classes together this year. I see him in the halls when I get out of one of my classes and we've talked once (kind of), but I want to get to know him better and see if he's still interested in me. Any ideas or tips for me?
