Cool story bro.

  • An interesting science related question?

I've been given an assignment to write a 2000 word essay exploring any science-related question of my choosing. In my essay, I have to provide a background of my topic and explore different/conflicting views regarding my question.

I was thinking something along the lines of mutations... or maybe something to do with bionic/synthetic limbs...

Anyway, I just wanted to get a brainstorm for potential interesting questions which are relatively easy to write about (2000 words)!

    Thoughts?

  • St Paul and his contributions to the Church?

    Hey guys,

I have been practising for an in-class essay which I'm writing about St Paul (Saul of Tarsus). I have to name three contributions of St Paul (to the Church) and state why they are so significant. So far I have decided to write about:

    - The letters St Paul wrote because these were to discuss and influence the Church, keep peace amongst Christian congregations and recorded significant events for us to read today.

    - Travelled and spread Christianity because this kept the religion alive and strong.

    - A Roman Jew turned Christian because his theology was different to that of, say, Saint Peter and this greatly altered the Early Church. Also, this paved the way for a lot of Romans to convert - so he was kind of like a role-model.

Looking for suggestions/corrections etc. If you have your own suggestion, please back it up with a bible quote or some form of proof as such.

    Thanks.

  • Microsoft Excel problem..?

Okay, so what I am attempting to do is make it so that if x4 to x18 have values between 80 and 100, the letter in the cooresponding cell beside it, becomes A. If the values is between 80 and 60, cooresponding cell becomes B and so forth.

anyone know an efficient formula for this?

  • Eating from unclean...?

A week ago, I was at a party. They were hosting a BBQ. I made my plate noticing the very oddly dark colour of the meat and it's juices. Assuming that it was a marinade, I took some of the meat. The meat tasted alright.

A week later, and I am informed by people who had been standing around the BBQ that the host of the party had not bothered to clean the BBQ and it had gained lots of grit, rust, dust, hopefully not bird dropping etc. etc. Hence the colour of meat.

I have not felt ill, but I am now concerned for my health. What could this do to my health?

  • Steam and Counter Strike...?

Well, a long time ago I registered my copy of CS:Condition Zero under a steam acc. The original copy I still have in retail. Now I've forgotten the steam acc and everything ive associated with it. Ive tried retrieving password/email and all that but what I would like to know is, if you have CS:CZ registered under a diff steam account and still have the retail copy (install from there - no download), would you still be able to play online under a current (new) steam acc?

  • Should I buy it?? HEEEELLLPPP!?

Well battlefield bad company 2 came out and it looks cool, however I'm not buying it. Don't tell me too because I've bought other games such as god of war 3 (i haz a ps3) and I'm only limiting myself to about one more cheaper game.

I noticed Battlefield 1943 and really wanted to get it but I wasn't sure if it still has a strong community after the lastest release of BF:BC2. I have mw2 and all that such as MAG but I've kind of played them to the point where i'm like meh... so, does BF:1943 still have a solid community? and if so is it really worth picking up?

P.S. if you know some other sweet DLC games on PSN please also tell meeee!

What are some worse case scenarios? What defects can happen? Should my family be worried?
